Read this folks because it sets the path they are to follow to diffuse the situation and DISSOLVE parliament. Considering the US/UN are set to come back in if nothing is done. Their holiday ends the 16-17th. Parliament is set to meet.

Yada: Believe Kazimi will again be the PM because it limits the PM from running as PM and hence, putting the loose around the necks of the bad guys, which they don't want. This gives a list of things to accomplish before the next election but mainly, for us, once they give the interim government their authority, THE RATE WILL BE RELEASED.

Yada:  Kaseyko, I'm of the mind they, the Framework types, will want Kazimin in place because after this temporary stint, he would not be in position to leverage the corruption files against them in the newly voted government. He will be one more and done.

KaseyKo:  Yada, I like your thinking! I'm also encouraged by just reading the article where it looks like there was some movement forward in getting Iraq accepted into the WTO.

Yada:  Agreed Kaseyko.. Believe while we were waiting for the courts to drop the ball, knowing they would, these articles are coming to light that this may be their pathway. I remember about a month ago that Maliki thought that since they had the largest block in parliament, they would form the temporary government but Sadr immediately stated, no way.

Yada:  Told my wife, in the war movies, we always knew a missile was coming in by the whistle. Believe Iraq heard the whistle of a missile coming when the country was in a uproar 10 days ago. Sadr disarmed the missile and the US/UN heard it as well. Too close.

CandyKisses:  The first step is to dissolve Parliament... an extension that lays out a road map to defuse the crisis

The extension movement announced, on Sunday, the development of a road map to defuse the crisis in the country, with the first step being the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

A statement by the movement, received by Mawazine News, stated that due to the ambiguity of the political scene that the country is going through, the extension movement has decided not to stand by and watch the failures caused by the conflicting parties, including their inability to get out of the current crisis and the violation of constitutional terms. Therefore, the extension movement calls on all parliamentarians and emerging movements to contribute to finding a solution to get out of this current crisis, which includes in its first priority the issuance of a decision to dissolve the parliament according to the following mechanisms:

First: the formation of an interim government with the following conditions:

1- The prime minister is one of the independent national figures, provided that he chooses his government booth from personalities known for their efficiency and integrity.

2- Government personnel undertake to renounce any second nationality, if any.

3- The members of the interim government pledge not to run for the upcoming parliamentary elections, to be held in 2023.

Second: The tasks of the interim government should be specific to the following:

1- Preparing the draft federal budget law for the year 2023 within a period of forty-five days from the date of its formation.

2- Activating the parties’ law and not allowing any party that owns an armed faction to participate in the upcoming elections.

3- Starting to hold the killers of the demonstrators of the great October Revolution accountable, opening the file of the disappeared, the files of corruption and theft of public money, and returning the stolen money.

4- Working to hold the next parliamentary elections on September 1, 2023.

5- Full international supervision of the upcoming parliamentary elections.

Third: The current House of Representatives undertakes:

1- Voting on the federal general budget for 2023.

2- Making constitutional amendments, including the form of the system, and reformulating texts that are likely to interpret and treat all cases of constitutional omission.

3- Completion of important laws directly related to the life of the citizen.

The statement concluded, "We hope that all the national forces and the benevolent free representatives will interact with this initiative for the purpose of its success and make more efforts to get out of the current crisis."

CandyKisses:  The representation participates in an informal session of the working group on Iraq's accession to the World Trade Organization

The Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Iraq in Geneva, Mr. Ubai Al-Taie, participated in the informal consultations session on 05/09/2022, which was invited by the Chairman of the Working Group on Iraq’s Accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), Ambassador Omar Hilal, and in the presence of the Deputy Director-General of the Organization, Mr. Zhang Xiang Chen and Mrs. Nidal Sabri, Director of the International Trade Department at the Ministry of Commerce, in addition to many representatives of the member countries of the organization.

The Deputy Permanent Representative delivered a speech in which he explained the great progress made in the file of Iraq's accession to the organization, represented by submitting eight documents, and at the same time stressing that Iraq is working to complete the offers of goods and services as soon as possible, and concluded his speech by requesting the support of member states regarding the contract of the third working group for Iraq's accession As soon as possible

CandyKisses:  Barzani and Al-Halbousi agree to form a new government headed by Al-Kazemi

 Former MP Mishaan al-Jubouri said, on Sunday 9/11/2022, that the Kurdistan Democratic Party headed by Masoud Barzani and sovereignty headed by Muhammad al-Halbousi, have agreed to form a new government headed by Mustafa al-Kazemi.

Al-Jubouri stated, in a tweet on Twitter, which was followed by the obelisk, today’s agreement between the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Sovereignty on the need to hold early elections in 2023, to be preceded by the formation of a government with full powers, which means their departure from the National Salvation Alliance, which included them with the current.

He added that the most important and undeclared is their agreement that the new government will be formed by President Mustafa Al-Kazemi.

The Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, and the head of the Sovereignty Alliance, Khamis al-Khanjar, met the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, and the two sides reviewed the political situation in Iraq and its negative repercussions on the country, and the need to adopt the language of constructive dialogue to overcome differences and reach solutions that are in the interest of the Iraqi people, and to follow the methods Constitutional and legal in overcoming the repercussions of the current stage.

The two sides stressed the importance of holding early elections after preparing the legal requirements and their requirements in accordance with the constitutional mechanisms, preceded by the formation of a government that enjoys full authority and enjoys the confidence and reassurance of everyone with an agreed government program, emphasizing the need for the House of Representatives to continue its work until the election date.
