Al-Sadr called on his supporters to withdraw, saying in a tweet on "Twitter": "Your message has arrived, dear ones, for you have terrified the corrupt, pray two units of prayer and return to your homes safely."

While the crowds of demonstrators were roaming the corridors of the Iraqi parliament, the "coordinating framework" forces issued a statement accusing the Sadrist movement of fomenting chaos.

The statement stated, "After the coordinating framework forces completed the practical steps to start forming a national service government and agreed unanimously to nominate a national figure known for his efficiency and integrity, it monitored suspicious movements and calls that urge chaos, stir up strife and strike civil peace."

The statement pointed out that "what happened today of accelerated events, allowing the demonstrators to enter the special government zone, storming the parliament and constitutional institutions, and the failure of the concerned forces to fulfill their duty raises suspicions greatly."

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, called on the demonstrators to immediately withdraw from the parliament building.

A statement issued by Al-Kazemi's office said: "The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces calls on the demonstrators to immediately withdraw from the parliament building, which represents the authority of the people and the law," according to the Iraqi News Agency.

For his part, Iraqi President Barham Salih affirmed that peaceful demonstration and expression of opinion is a constitutionally guaranteed right, while stressing the need to abide by calm and the language of reason to prevail.

In a statement, Saleh pointed out that "the country is going through a delicate circumstance and faces grave challenges and great entitlements that require uniting the ranks and maintaining the peaceful democratic path in the country for which our people sacrificed over decades of tyranny, persecution and violence, and this calls for everyone to unite to work in one row for the sake of our country and its progress." and raised it.”

The Prime Minister's Advisor for Financial Affairs, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, reassured Iraq's foreign currency reserves {dollar}.

Saleh: "The official foreign currency reserves portfolio in our country is subject to the principle of diversification in order to avoid the so-called risks of foreign currency fluctuations, which means any decrease in the dollar in exchange for a rise in the rest of the components of the foreign reserve portfolio."

He added, "On the other hand, Iraq's foreign trade is summed up in a high percentage of trading in the dollar area, and therefore the risk of currency fluctuations on import prices is in a mostly neutral range."

Saleh indicated that "the damages of the dollar's decline globally against other foreign currencies are still partial to the national economy."

On June 7, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi announced that the reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq had reached $76 billion and would reach $90 billion by the end of this year.

Tishwash:  Al-Nusairi: The Central Bank’s initiatives to revitalize the economy amounted to 18 trillion dinars and achieved their goals

Samir Al-Nusairi, a consultant to the Iraqi Private Banks Association, confirmed in a televised speech that the central bank's lending and financing initiatives have achieved their main objectives in stimulating the economy and revitalizing the economic cycle.

Al-Nusairi indicated, through the Iraq Studio program, which is shown by iNews channel, that the Central Bank allocated an amount of 18 trillion dinars to lend to small, medium, large, housing and renewable energy projects. Allocating 5 trillion dinars for each of them, and the implementation rate was about 70% for the real estate agency and 60% for the Housing Fund.

Al-Nusairi added that the interest rate for housing loans is 2%, decreasing, and the loan amount ranges between 100-150 million dinars, with repayment periods ranging between 15-20 years, and loans for small and medium enterprises reach an interest rate of 3.4%, with a repayment period of up to 5 years.

Al-Nusairi urged borrowers to commit to paying the monthly installments of loans regularly for the purpose of enabling banks to expand the provision of loans to citizens and achieve the developmental, economic and societal goals of the initiatives of the Central Bank.
