The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, on Saturday, that the Federal Budget Law for 2021 will enter into force as of the beginning of this year.

The deputy of the committee, Sherwan Mirza, said that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives will send the federal budget law for the year 2021 to the Presidency of the Republic for the purpose of ratification, and then the law will be published in the Iraqi newspaper Al-Waqa'i’. "

Mirza added, "The budget law will enter into force after that and with retroactive effect, meaning from 1/1/2021 until 12/31/2021," noting that "these measures did not take a long time and the law will come into effect soon."

He stated, "The Federal Ministry of Finance will also issue budgetary instructions without changing any article of the federal budget law for the year 2021."   link

The International Coalition affirmed, on Saturday, that it respects Iraqi sovereignty, indicating that its mission is to defeat the terrorist ISIS.

"The Joint Task Force in Iraq is present at the invitation of the Iraqi government and works in close coordination with it, with full respect for the sovereignty of Iraq," said the spokesman for the Joint Task Force in the International Coalition Colonel Wayne Murato, according to the official agency.

He pointed out that "the mission of the Joint Task Force, in cooperation with the Iraqi security forces and the Peshmerga, is to defeat the terrorist ISIS and its remnants in specific areas in Iraq and Syria," noting that "this follows conditions for follow-up operations that will increase regional stability."

Tishwash:  Resumption of flights between Iraq and China

Today, Saturday, the Iraqi Ministry of Transport announced the resumption of its airlines' flights with China, after applying the conditions required by the health authorities.
