Iraq ranked first in the most importing countries from Jordan for the first half of 2022

Shafaq News/ The Amman Chamber of Commerce announced on Sunday that Iraq came in first place with the most import countries during the first half of 2022.

The chamber said in a report seen by Shafak News Agency; "Oman's trade exports during the first half of the current year 2022 amounted to 424 million dinars, compared to 310 million dinars for the same period last year."

She added that "exports were distributed in terms of value during the first half of this year to Iraq with a value of about 97 million dinars, Egypt 62 million dinars, Saudi Arabia 43 million dinars, the UAE 41 million dinars, then India with a value of 27 million dinars."

The Jordanian dinar is equal to about 70 US dollars.

And they pointed out that "the value of exports of foreign products (re-exports) amounted to about 191 million dinars, industrial 119 million dinars, agricultural 65 million dinars, then Arab products with a value of 29 million dinars, and the rest for many other different products."

And she indicated that "the Amman Chamber of Commerce issues certificates of origin for agricultural and animal products and raw Jordanian natural resources, for foreign goods that are being re-exported, and for foreign goods purchased from the local market under specific conditions."   LINK

Iraqi Oil Constitutes 1.5% Of The Total Oil Imported By America Last Week

And she added, "Iraq's oil exports to America amounted to an average of 76,000 barrels per day last week, down from the previous week, in which oil exports to America reached an average of 100,000 barrels per day."

She pointed out that "the most oil revenues for America during the past week came from Canada, at a rate of 2.887 million barrels per day, followed by Mexico at a rate of 743,000 barrels per day, and oil revenues from Saudi Arabia at a rate of 701 thousand barrels per day, and then Colombia at a rate of 215,000 barrels per day."

According to the administration, “the amount of American imports of crude oil from Brazil amounted to an average of 209 thousand barrels per day, and from Nigeria at a rate of 201 thousand barrels per day, and from Trinidad and Tobago at a rate of 71 thousand barrels per day, and from Ecuador at a rate of 59 thousand barrels per day, while no amount was imported from Russia".    LINK
