Member: GM......did others see the post from Delta showing where they dropped a zero on the rate?? I'm a bit confused about it, but Delta is credible in my opinion??
MZ: I believe Delta to be solid. We are in the midst of the reset and it is going to be a confusing mess for a short bit is my take on it.

Member: UN program rate for IQD changed to 1182 from 1170 for the first time since 2009. At least something has happened though movement the wrong way.

MZ: Absolutely this is for the betterment
MZ: They had paymasters at the conference table in Zurich just sitting there all night…The one I know sat there until 5:30 AM
Member: well they say Hong Kong is supposed to take over on the 1st of Nov I hope this is True so we can get the 800's
MZ: I am also hearing this from 3 sources that if it isn’t out by midnight tonight that its soley in Hong Kong’s hands….

MZ: Yes it is…..I do not know exactly how that would work though
MZ: There were test packages for CMKX sent out in Florida last week and we hear that some were sent in Canada…….but nothing since then
MZ: My paymasters in Zurich-frustrated…Isaac is frustrated…..they were still being told this will happen this week.
Q: Mark did you hear about Isreali Embassies closing to stop deep state from escaping?
MZ: I heard that……this entire situation is a a boiling pot about to boil over
Q: what keeps them from moving forward, going as far as having them at the conference room then nothing? what's the issue, did you hear?
MZ: I am still hearing the hold is up is with the US Treasury
Member: Trump needs to fire munchkin and get a real treasury secretary
Member: My friend in the IRS says they are still going strong.
Member: wouldn’t we hear on the news somewhere if the irs was shutting down
MZ: I have seen no proof that the IRS is gone yet
Member: The IRS will be eliminated under the Republic of America because it's illegal taxation. Valuable employees who run the IRS will be moved to the Treasury. This is GCR. You will have to wait to watch it happen. It will.
Member: Those remaining IRS employees will be melded into the new Treasury after reset.

Member: The Bank for International Settlements has just published its statement of account for September and it indicates that the bank continues to trade gold swaps. The BIS uses gold swaps and other gold derivatives to gain access to gold held by commercial banks. But recent swaps remain at much-reduced levels compared to the second half of 2018
MZ: Keep in mind that with Basil 3 and Basil 4 the value will change based on resources.

Member: Gold is trading higher under the US Dollar with the December contract at $1,495.20, up $4.50 with the high close by at $1,496.20 and a low at $1,489.10. Silver is higher as well with the December contract at $17.90, up 6.9 cents with the high at $17.92 and a low at $17.75. The US Dollar, which has had 100’s of billions of newly added print created in order to keep up with the bills it can’t pay, is now trading at 97.445, down 2.4 points with the high at 97.51 and a low at 97.36.
Member: Russia, China, and India have come up with a way to organize settlements in case of disconnection from the SWIFT system. The domestic solution -- the central bank's financial message transfer system -- is planned to be linked with the Chinese and Indian payment infrastructure, the topic is being discussed with BRICS partners
