MilitiaMan: Like I said.. Allawi has the data they want.. He may have a reason to not, yet. A very good reason.. I suspect before, Kahdimi gets to the USA there will be an adjustment made and he will then bring business to America and will have sovereignty in tow. Just as the US Navy has Iranian oil in Gulf Ports off Galveston.. We saw Trump say that today live.. Wow. The minister of Finance has our back, as he holds the cards.. I bet they are all aces too. lol imo. ~ MM

Al-Ithawi pointed out that "the committee is in the process of activating the partnership law with the private sector and the investment law in the near future, as well as activating the mineral investment law, which we are in the process of voting on," stressing that "the amended Iraqi investment law is one of the best laws in the region, but The instructions and how to apply must be considered." He pointed out that "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi met with the members of the committee after the approval of the internal and external borrowing law, to discuss how to revitalize the resources of the Iraqi economy, and not rely on oil in the first place." Agricultural support, in the face of the importer, and revitalizing industry, because it is the main pillar for absorbing unemployment." Concerning the double-wage earners, he indicated that "this file has not been completed yet, because the interruption of their salaries takes a period of time, and it is not easy to count them." LINK
MilitiaMan: They are telling us they have activation and revitalization on the mind. They need investors to help activation of industry, agriculture, minerals, etc.. For them to activate and to revitalize, they need a new international exchange rate. EOS imo...Euroclear is a platform that we have been told to be the venue for much of the items aforementioned and much more. Notice they tell us the laws will be the best in the region. That is important to the investors!! Very important!!.. Good stuff.. ~ MM

~ FA #222 (Final Article) "The exchange rate is one of the “keys” to the solution, but the blessed central bank can still defend the blessed “current” dinar exchange rate, in light of all these blessed “rational” expectations"
