RV Excerpts from the Restored Republic via a GCR: Update as of Fri. 19 Feb. 2021

Judy Note: On Thurs. afternoon 18 Feb. our Military Intel Contact related that notification for Tier 4B exchanges/ redemption likely would not be reached until Mon.-Tues. 22-23 Feb. There may be a Mon. afternoon 22 Feb. Tier 4B notification, while top banks were looking for an early Tues. 23 Feb. start.

By Wed. 17 Feb. Tier 1bonds & liquidity for govts had been completed.

On Thurs. 18 Feb. at 2:30 pm EST liquidity was being released successfully in test bonds closings for Tier 2 govt related humanitarian organizations.

On Thurs. 18 Feb. at 5:23 pm EST with audits successful, orders went out to move to the next set of bond tests over the next 24 hours.

These Tier 1-2 bond funds were in the mega-trillions or more range and their liquidity were providing funds down-streamed to lower tiers.

The 866 military personnel working on keeping these upper level bond funds moving have had to re-do security protocols to ensure no D*eep State ped*o-Sat*anists couldn’t siphon off funds.

The good news was that D*eep State efforts to delay the release were being overcome and things were moving to conclusion.

The Military Intel Contact advised to manage our expectations and keep praying.

There was a possibility that the US would be in a national lockdown sometime soon with businesses closed for around two weeks.

An election for the restored Republic was expected to commence on 4 March 2021.

The beginning of the new global economic tax year was 1 April 2021.

Charlie Ward said that something massive was going to happen on 6 April 2021.

Banking as we know it will change. When we trade, we will herald a new era of banking as we will transact on the new system. The QFS is a pipeline where money flows from point A to B.

The QFS is not a bank. It has asset-backed currencies and is a global transfer funnel outside of the QFS supplement, a direct treasury account and a digital wallet. This is how you will access your funds, which is like a credit card. All money will be centralized in the QFS and banks will cease to exist as we know them.

The exchange process will be simple. There is nothing to worry about. You bring your currency and it is counted in the De La Rue machine. You obtain a document with the amounts and then configure your direct treasury accounts and digital wallets.

There will be mandatory training for everyone doing the exchange to understand this new banking system and what to do and what not to do. It's easy for everyone.
