Judy Note:   (Rumors) All Tier levels started to pay out in Hong Kong on Tues. 24 Nov.

On that same Tues. 24 Nov at 7:30 pm EST and 9:30 pm EST the US Department of Defense released the green light to proceed and start Bond and Tier 3A-4A payouts.

Tier 4B exchanges and Bond Payouts had released by Wed. 25 Nov.

On that same Wed. 25 Nov. morning rumors abounded that certain group members were placed on High Alert Standby and Redemption Centers were open.

By Wed. evening 25 Nov. our military Intel Contact said that the Admiral would start Tier 4A, and that Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) should start within the next 24-48 hours.

The Iraqi Dinar had a live international rate on (back) bank screens.

Redemption centers would be open all week and some may be opened for limited hours on Thanksgiving Day Thurs. 26 Nov. All would start up again on Black Fri. 27 Nov.

The exchanges/redemption at special rates would go on for approximately ten days, at which time the general public would begin exchanging at the International Rates.
