1. There were scams out there trying to convince you to give them personal information for a bogus 800# to set your exchange/ redemption appointment. Do not fall for it.

2. The official Safe Link Website would be in a secure server and would only ask you questions that were public knowledge. They would not ask you how much currency or bonds you had.

3. The Safe Link Website would give you an 800# that was specifically for you so that you could use it to set your appointment.

4. You could send the Safe Link Website out to other people.

5. They will offer you the default package. If you do not like the rates offered at your first appointment you could ask for a second appointment, or you could go to another part of the Redemption Center where you could present your humanitarian program in 1-5 pages.

6. Be nice. If they don’t like your attitude they will march you out of the Redemption Center and you would not be able to exchange at the Contract Rates or redeem bonds.

7. You cannot go somewhere else and get higher rates.

8. If you want to put your money into an annuity program or structured program you can and the longer your payout, the higher the interest would be.

9. You can ask to invest in international humanitarian programs and get paid interest on your monies invested.

10. If you have Zim in a structured payout you can ask for up to $500 million to last you for the first 90 days until your first payout.
