Things were about to heat up. The Beirut explosion and an expected announcement for an Assange testimony on Seth Rich before Congress (that was believed to reveal that Rich was killed because he was about to expose the Clintons), could have led to President Trump’s Thurs. 6 Aug. announcement that “I have a lot of rich enemies and you might not see me for a while.”

A. Sat. 8 Aug. Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:

1. As of Fri. 7 Aug. the RV Teams were on course to finish up what needed to be done over this weekend.

2. The Shotgun liquidity release could start sometime Mon. into Tues. 10, 11 Aug.

3. Tier 4b notifications should come out Tues. 11 Aug. according to the current schedule (if all the blue ZIM bond TTMs were finished on Mon. 10 Aug. as expected.

4. If the Tues. 11 Aug. Tier 4b notification timing was pushed forward 24 hours, Trump and the RV teams were still on a mission to get it out ASAP next week.

5. Trump has made commitments to the Chinese & ICC about GESARA debt relief starting this month, requiring liquidity Shotgun Release to start the first half of next week.

6. Trump was insisting that the funds go out no matter what in that time frame next week because he was controlling a series of logistical problems that needed to be monetized and has made a new set of promises to the Chinese under ICC oversight.

7. They agreed to start 16 behind-the-scenes implementation measures of NESARA / GESARA on Wed. 5 Aug. with the main measure being Jubilee debt relief to citizens (inspired by the Jubilee 50-year debt cancellation in ancient Israel in Leviticus 25:8-13).

8. Over the weekend and by Mon 10 Aug. the banks will be notified about starting the debt relief programs. On Sat. 15 Aug. the banks will begin to forgive (zero-out) mortgage debt & credit card debt (this is not across the board yet, but it will begin after 15 Aug.)

9. Bank Senior Executives know what will be happening. This past week the first level of debt forgiveness was to zero out country-to-country debt, and though this was not public yet, it would become public soon enough.

10. This past week Dragon Bond TTMs (buyer-seller large transaction exchanges / redemptions) have been taking most of the time and were going very slowly. Each TTM has lasted 6-8 hours to get everything processed, followed at times by a 24-48 hour hold for review & audit.

11. The UST RV team said that everything has been going well with these TTMs but they have been exhausting for all involved because they have produced a lot of paperwork, alongside post-transaction verifying, checking, re-checking, auditing, reviewing, etc, to get them done.

12. Boxes of Dragon Bonds have been processed in 25 locations across the USA and internationally (London, HK, Singapore, etc) worth trillions and trillions of dollars (each Yellow Dragon bond being processed currently is worth about $1.4 trillion) and boxes and boxes were being processed to release huge amounts of liquidity for group paymasters and sub-paymasters to pay out to down-line beneficiary accounts for all tiers around the world and provide redemption funds for Tier 4b redemption that would start next week.

13. This process involved down-streaming liquidity from Dubai 1 & Dubai 2 and converting it from USD to USN by Mon. 10 Aug. for liquidity release and shotgun start by Tues. 11 Aug.

14. Tier 4b redemption was to be paid out in USN into Tier 4b currency holder accounts from Tues. 11 Aug. forward (though the physical USN currency notes would not be available till September).

15. The UST, DoD, and White House were saying there was very little to be worried about and they and RV teams were getting the release done now and out the door over the next week.

16. In recent weeks there has been back and forth with the last of the countries over their getting off the old Cabal SWIFT system and onto the QFS, but now all countries are on the QFS and are ready to go.

17. The IMF was supposed to post the international rates to start the public (Tier 5) on Sat. 15 Aug. after Tier 4b was supposed to have been done with exchanges/redemptions, but now Trump has negotiated with the IMF to start the public Tier 5 and post the international rates on Tues. 1 Sept. to give Tier 4b enough time with 800#s out to finish redemptions.

18. Since the IMF was paying fines with the Trump administration under the ICC ruling in China's favor, this was the VERY LAST time that the IMF wanted to move forward the date of posting the international rates. This was it in their view, so now the IMF was having to change the dates on all the international financial contracts and agreements from 15 Aug. to 1 Sept., which was hard work for them, and which was something they DO NOT want to do again--so they said THIS IS IT.

19. The bulk of Dragon Bonds were still expected to be finished being processed by Sun. night 9 Aug, with TTM Bonds being made liquid on Mon. 10 Aug, the blue ZIM TTMs expected to be finished being processed on Mon. 10 Aug, with 800# notifications coming out for redemptions starting by Tues. 11 Aug. forward next week.

20. Now there was much less interference to the RV release from Deep State politicians, hackers and operatives than in past weeks but hold-outs like Pelosi (Nadler et al) who were paying hackers and agitators in past weeks, had to be dealt with this past week.

21. There were ongoing arrests of high profile Deep State politicians, bureaucrats, corporate heads, bankers and celebrities going on in the background. Most were being arrested for pedophile-human-trafficking crimes, but also for acts of treason.

22. The DoD wanted to keep the names private right now, partly so as not to give the Deep State reasons to start violent riots again through Antifa agitators in major cities.

23. The names would be made public at a time DoD was determining now.

24. They were testing the EBS (Emergency Broadcast System) because next week there would be an announcement made by Trump, possibly about the coming debt relief. They have to be prepared to bypass the Deep State controlled fake stream media to make that announcement.

25. ZIM holders should make their appointments the first four days after the 800# notifications came out.

26. Prayers were appreciated for the RV teams to get this rolled out ON SCHEDULE, ON TIME and in their current schedule this weekend into next week.
