Judy Note: Tier 3-4A and Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) would receive liquidity and 800# notification either Sat. 28 Nov, or on Mon.-Tues. 30 Nov – 1 Dec. – dependent upon the Department of Defense security team’s new protocols. The protocols were developed to prevent Swamp Rat siphoning of RV funds for their nefarious criminal activities.

This week the release had been delayed because of and those protocols came about after 17+ paymasters were arrested as they attempted to do unauthorized transfers of funds. The problems were straightened out by Wed. 25 Nov. when Bond payments were released into 1,400 Tier 3-4A sub paymaster accounts.

After exchanges/redemption at special rates began they would go on for approximately ten days, at which time the general public would begin exchanging at the International Rates.

General Michael Flynn was leading the largest ever in the world 17 nation Military Operation in Europe. At the same time 1,000 planes were sighted in American skies. Cabal Global and Political elites were being arrested.

According to Charlie Ward a lot of prominent people in Europe had been arrested; the whole British Government was under House Arrest and the start of revelation of big names would happen next week. 1. On Wed. 25 Nov. DoD security teams released Bond payouts into the 1,400 Tier 3-4A sub paymaster accounts.

2. Paymasters will be “down streaming” payouts to Tier 3-4A at the same time that we in Tier 4B receive 800# notification emails and start our exchanges.

3. Tier 4B would likely receive 800# notification either Sat. 28 Nov. or Mon.-Tues. 30 Nov – 1 Dec, depending on security team progress with new security protocols to prevent [D]eep State interference and liquidity stealing.

4. On Wed 25 Nov. there were some [D]eep State connected paymasters whose account payouts were halted when it was found that payout funds would be moved into [D]eep State front corporate accounts the moment the Shotgun Start happened. These Swamp Rats were among the 17+ arrested over the last 48 hours.

5. DoD security teams have revised security protocols to prevent swamp rat siphoning of RV funds for their nefarious criminal activities.

6. Those activities included voter fraud operations, Antifa rioting likely to occur when they find out Trump will be validated as president for a second term by SCOTUS and/or the House of Representatives vote on Wed 6 Jan 2021 (by US Constitution Article 1, Article 2, and the 12th Amendment), wherein there will be a 27-GOP-state-votes-over-only-20-DNC-state-votes handing Trump the election victory hands-down.

7. Crime families will be arrested (along with every other [D]eep State bribed GOP & Dem governor, state bureaucrat, mayor, etc and will be prosecuted for taking billions of dollars in bribes from China, [S]oros, et al.

8. If and when Antifa thugs try to start new riots or violence (threatened as early as this weekend in Pittsburgh and elsewhere “if Trump does not concede”), then Special Operations Forces (Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, Army Green Berets, Delta teams) will be used. They will be apprehended quickly and efficiently, taken away to GITMO or other military prisons, detained, processed, tried by military tribunal and appropriate sentence carried out swiftly.

9. On Wed. night 25 Nov. Gen. Michael T. Flynn was pardoned by POTUS in order for Flynn to oversee the execution of high level arrests ([Q]Anon said long ago Flynn knew where all the bodies were buried, i.e. has evidence on all [D]eep State crimes & criminals).

10. Flynn will oversee multi-national military operations in the US and overseas designed to take down high level key [D]eep State criminals globally. He will be assisted by Secty of Defense Chris Miller, Undersecty of Defense Intel Ezra Cohen Watnick and Special Op forces under their direction. In coordination with Alliance military leaders, their mission was to take down global high level [D]eep State criminals.

11. Somewhere over the next 30-90 days the Restored Republic under the direction of Trump, White Hats and General Michael T. Flynn’s leadership, would execute high level arrests that the DOJ and FBI have regrettably neglected until now due to being compromised by the Swamp.

Around the 2020 US Presidential Election time a large number of military cargo planes began moving around the country, apparently supplying military forces for action readiness in reaction to this Shadow Government that has been extremely active since the end of World War II.
