Judy Note: On Thurs. 3 Dec. Charlie Ward was notified by a bank that they were starting up the RV again. Our Military Intel Contact reported that the goal was a Tues. 8 Dec. start date for Tier 4B in order to be done exchanging by Tues. 22 Dec. and before Christmas.
