On Tues. 24 Nov. all Tier levels started to pay out in Hong Kong and by 7:30 pm EST and 9:30 pm EST the US Department of Defense released the green light to proceed Bond and Tier 3A-4A payouts. By Wed. 25 Nov. Tier 4B exchanges and Bond Payouts had released and then on Wed. evening 25 Nov. the Admiral started Tier 4A.

Our Military Intel Contact said that Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) should start within the next 24-48 hours (from Wed. evening 25 Nov.).

Redemption centers were open all week, mainly closed for Thanksgiving Day Thurs. 26 Nov. and started up again on Black Fri. 27 Nov.

The exchanges/redemption at special rates would go on for approximately ten days, at which time the general public would begin exchanging at the International Rates.

The Iraqi Dinar had a live international rate on (back) bank screens.

Think ahead of time on things like "How much cash do you want to get?" Remember leaving with a lot of cash could make you a target..a few thousand dollars should be plenty for walking around money.

Prepare a list of cashier checks you want to get...for debts, or gifts ect...we will be seeing
some debt forgiveness…so keep that in mind.

Your appointment will be 30-45 minutes long so the more organized you are - the better it will be. Remember there will be a schedule and someone coming in to exchange right behind you...

Understand this...The analogy I use and think it is accurate is you will be dealing with Mr.
