Judy Note: (Rumors) According to Bruce on his Thurs. evening 30 July Call, travel monies and itineraries were sent out to group leaders asking them to go into the new US Treasury in Reno to prepare for RV liquidity on Fri. 31 July and through the weekend. Military personnel have had liquidity and been able to exchange their Dong and Afghani and partially on Dinar.

Prosperity Packages have been delivered, but liquidity would not start until the first week of Aug. Exchange notification for Tiers 1-4a,b was expected on Mon. or Tues. 3, 4 Aug. Redemption and Call Centers were still on call.

On Wed. 29 July the Dinar was revalued and that new rate was posted internationally. We can’t see the new Dinar rate in the US, but were expected to see it when exchanges began on Mon. 3 Aug, or Tues. 4 Aug. Our new gold/asset-backed USTN was in play internationally, although it has not yet been announced.

Money was moving internationally and some exchanges were taking place internationally through individual appointments with their bankers. On Wed. 29 July evening China-owned HSBC Bank (that would handle our Zim redemption) sent out 250k RV emails, but were blocked by US servers according to Fleming’s Military Intel Contact.

This week the Admiral and a group of twelve met in Reno, and returned home empty handed. Evidently there were continued problems with security issues (public chaos was still an issue in five of the original 26 cities overwhelmed by Antifa-fed rioters) and perhaps audits that showed Deep State elements were trying to funnel RV/ GCR funds for use in criminal activities.

President Trump has ordered the RV teams to start Tier 4b in conformance to a World Court order that, after China won a lawsuit against the US, set a deadline for a shotgun start release of liquidity to Tier 4b Internet Group by Wed. 5 Aug.

Tier 4b could no longer exchange currencies at Contract Rates after Fri. 14 Aug. The IMF had set the next day of Sat. 15 Aug. as the public start date to exchange foreign currencies at the new International Rates.

On Tues. 21 July the old SWIFT global financial system converted to a gold/asset-backed completely transparent CIPS System that included the fiat US dollar’s conversion to a gold/ asset-backed US Note (USN).
