Judy Note: Our Military Intel Contact said issues involving Communist pressures on Hong Kong and prison sentences to Freedom Protest Leaders, have been the latest cause of RV delay. Evidently President Trump and Chairman Xi have now resolved those issues – both knew their countries and the world, needed the RV release, or markets would implode.

Both the Department of Defense and US Treasury have told the banks that since those issues were resolved, Tier 4B could be started any time between Fri. 4 Dec. and next Wed. 9 Dec. Bruce indicated his Intel indicated that we should be notified Mon. 7 Dec, or Tues. 8 Dec.

Bruce said that direct deposits of Stimulus funds could start 14-15 Dec. and those deposits would be retroactive for seven months.
