Judy Note: Rumor was that on Mon. 10 Feb. Paymasters were put on an hour to hour alert to hear that the reset was a go. No one knew when the 800#s would be released, though the below intel indicated it would happen this week. Very reliable sources have stated that the Global Currency Rest actually began last Wed. 5 Feb. after President Trump was vindicated from indictment by the US Congress.

Evidently “The Source” was an attorney, federal agent, Director of North American Treasury Redemption and representative of the 27 Royal Chinese families. He was the person who would give out the Use Order of funds. On Sun. 9 Feb. “The Source” was reported to say that the reset was in process, we could get the 800#s Tues. or Wed. 11, 12 Feb. and something big was going to happen on Wall Street next Wed. 12 Feb.

MarkZ: All sources, including my Paymaster, were looking for liquid money by Wed. 12 Feb, while Zurich contacts said Wed. or Thurs. 12, 13 Feb. should be a liquid day for the RV. Wall Street guys felt there would be major movements in the Markets on that Wed. 12 Feb.

Mike Cottrell: “The Source” called me yesterday Sun. 9 Feb. and claimed that the whole operation was, and I quote, “in process.” He said that on Wed. 12 Feb. something big was going to happen on Wall Street. “The Source” rarely made predictions, though he has never been wrong in the past. Whenever he says something I know something big would happen. The reset has already begun. Trump signed the GCR release date over to the military at the end of last Nov. and we would see it very soon. The Debt Jubilee would take place at the same time as the Global Currency Reset. With a purpose of stopping corruption, the Debt Jubilee would zero out current derivatives (all debt including bank debt and mortgages) and put currencies of the world at parity with each other.

6. Issac in Zurich said Wed. or Thurs. 12, 13 Feb. should be liquid day. He has an appointment tomorrow Tues. 11 Feb. at HSBC.

7. In Iraq Allowi was fully in control. My folks over there were just tickled at how things were shaping up. Sadr was out and heading off to Iran. I have not seen those guys over there this excited in a long time.

Yesterday Sun. 9 Feb. I received confirmation that Trump did indeed sign off his part on the Gold treaty (around the end of Nov. 2020) and handed it off to the military and the Chinese families.

The Source also claimed that was done and the whole operation was, I quote, “in process.”

I quizzed him on it. He said it was signed and handed over. Given where we are politically, this made good sense.

The Wall Street info you got about Wed. 12 Feb. (that something big was going to happen), well that was very possible. He rarely makes predictions and in the past has never been wrong. Whenever he says something I know something big is going to happen. I will be watching the Markets Wed. to see just what it is. What if it’s the Market moving to asset backed? Markets would have to change drastically whenever what backs the dollar changes.

Cottrell believed that we would see the reset very soon.

The Global Currency Reset was being backed by gold bullion belonging to the Chinese Elders. That was what the Gold Treaty was all about.

The Debt Jubilee would take place at the same time as the GCR as it would zero out current derivatives (all debt including bank debt and mortgages) and put currencies of the world at parity with each other.

The purpose of zeroing out of current derivatives was to stop corruption.

In 2005 they knew they would be making this transition to asset backed, but it couldn’t happen until rats were no longer in control.

After I submitted that package to Trump in Oct, I really thought he would wait until after the election. But now that he signed off and is not in control I see it going soon – maybe the same time as the arrests.

MarkZ: Regarding the IMF director stepping down – it looks like Trump can put his suggestion in there now. There was an actual pro-Gold Standard person taking over the helm at the IMF. This may be big.

When the Gold Treaty was executed the IMF would come crashing down. So IMO it made no difference. Like the new board members at the Fed. – it was frosting on the cake, but made no difference now.

4. The Coronavirus outbreak was destabilizing China's economy. The Communist Party of China (CPC) was under pressure and may soon see its demise as the organization was reliant on China's economy. Communism must be eradicated before GESARA reforms could be implemented.

5. The entire world would witness the truth behind the socialist nature of Deep State Cabal players – many of them being in bed with the CPC. 6. The demise of the CPC (via economic pressure) and the Deep State Cabal (via DECLAS) were two main events that must be done.

7. China would be broken up into multiple countries similar to how it was before the Chinese Civil War.

8. The emancipation of Hong Kong from CPC control was the straw that would break the camel's back.

9. What about North Korea? North Korea was isolated and a done deal. The DPRK government would be dissolved and the Korean Peninsula unified.

H. Currency Exchange and Bond Redemption:

Each country had their own 800# or website code for use of currency exchangers/ bond redeemers that would be sent out by email, or found on certain websites as below. Clicking on that web link on your computer or phone, would create your own unique signature to receive an exchange/ redemption appointment, along with exchange/ redemption information.

We were told that Mike Cottrell’s signature was on the Gold Treaty and he would push the liquidity button. Just an hour or so prior to liquidity release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would be sending out over 400,000 emails to currency and bond holders, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem. That information would also be available on websites as below.

Redemption Center Staff were told that upon liquidity release, they would be working 7 am to 11 pm for about 10-12 days. The Tier4b Internet Group (us) would have those 10-12 days to exchange at the higher Contract Rates, after which the General Public could exchange at regular banks, receiving the new, but lower, International Rates of exchange.

At your exchange you would watch a 15 min. CD that would explain the exchange/redemption process before you began. If you held Zim expect to sign a 4 ½ page Non Disclosure Agreement. I. Judy Note on Zim Bonds: It was my understanding that if you had Zim Bonds and a humanitarian project, your Zim rate would be determined from the costs of your project. Okie said that the international rate may be $33 million per $100 Trillion Zim. It would be wise to type up a short outline of that project including your goals. Have an estimate of monies needed to accomplish those goals, the years you wished in your long term payout and your interim financial needs until your first quarterly payout was received.

If you did not have a specific humanitarian project you would be given a certain set rate on your Zim and opportunities to invest redemption monies in international humanitarian projects. Either way you could determine the amount of years you wished for your long term payout and be paid interest on your monies left at the bank during that payout.
