Chinese Bond Holders received their Q Cards from HSBC (from 12 versions of Chinese Bonds) on Mon. 10 April. They would have access to 1% of their funds on their Q Cards sometime between Tues. 11 April and Fri. 14 April.
Tier 4B Zim Holders will get 1% access to your total redemption at your appointment and on the 10th day you would have access to another 9%. You would have access to your total in 90-120 days.
If you don’t have Zim, you will get total access to your monies at your exchange.
NDAs are for 30-45 days
At your redemption you will be given a 45 page booklet of who you cannot send money to.

In April there will be an increase in SS payments.
On the fourth week restitution allowance will kick in.
