Mon. 19 April Fleming’s Military Intel Contact: As of 2:14 pm EDT Mon. 19 April Iraq settled their new rate issues both internally and with the US Treasury. A Value Day Declaration and start would happen overnight, or on Tues. 20 April. Tier 4B has been advised tokeep phones charged and watch email inboxes for a secure link website that contained a personal 800# to call and schedule exchange/redemption appointments.
Stock Market: At 9:30 am EDT on Mon. 19 April all international markets including the US, were down, with the US Dollar Index dropping. At Stock Market close everything was in the red.

Schedule of Events:
Mon. 19 April: Patriots Day; Value Day; New Global Currency Reset Rates locked in; Crypto Currencies, Bitcoin Markets and Stock Market crashed both in the US and internationally.
Tues. 20 April. Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) start appointments.
From Tues. 20 April through the first weeks of May would be in Black Swan Events: The Internet and Social Media could be shut down, and airwaves flooded with evidence of corrupt politicians. There was expected to be a Cyber Attack and fake Nuclear Scare Event – just prior to the Emergency Broadcast System taking over Mass Media. The Quantum Internet would wipe out Operation Mockingbird (a CIA program that has controlled the Mass Media since the end of World War II).
At the same time the world would switch over to the new Quantum Financial System and gold-backed currencies through Starlink and Project Odin Odin (iarpa.gov), going Dark to Light.
Sat. 1 May: GESARA debt release to begin.
Mon. 3 May: US Military put on High Alert and Readiness.
Tues. 4 May: New Republic to begin.
Thurs. 6 May: New Emergency Broadcast Starlink System takes over all Mass Media internationally to enforce a temporary Martial Law worldwide, Global Currency Reset public announcement, General Public begins exchanging.
During the Ten Days of Darkness that followed:
Uncensored news on Tribunals and the takedown of the Cabal would be broadcast in three eight hour movie sessions per day (24 hours a day) on all Media networks worldwide.
There would be possible Social Media and Stock Market crashes, planes and trains grounded, Internet go down and occasional electricity outages as a switchover was made to the new Telsa Free Energy system.
A new Financial System and NESARA activated.

Breitling The reality is...they are passing laws for a higher rate. In other words to be able to manage a rate in their own currency. They are trying to pay off as much debt as they can with the value of the currency that they have today so when it does add value they don't owe as much. They gain that much more...Iraq is doing all these things that supports their infrastructure that is going to add value to their currency - that supports adding value to their currency. That's how you know. No country on the planet is going to tell you they're adding value to their currency because it would literally stop the supply times velocity...

Fleming: Our military intel contact is hearing that Iraq settled the rate issues internally and with UST today Mon 19 April as of 2:14 pm EDT (9:14 pm Baghdad time) leading to value day declaration and start in the following hours or tomorrow; he said again keep phones charged and watch inboxes for any moment going forward.
