Judy Note: Today Wed. 17 Feb. Charlie Ward talked to a person in a high position in the QFS, who said they started issuing payments for humanitarian aid on Tues. 16 Feb.
Our Military Intel Contact: Everything was ready to start the RV Shotgun Release, Value Day and Tier 4B notification would happen at any time over the next 24 hours.
Charlie Ward: As of Tues. 16 Feb. the codes were uploaded and everything was ready to go.
The US Military was expected to lockdown the final rates for 22 world currencies and bonds some time by Thurs. 18 Feb.
Bruce: Bond people were expecting to be notification of liquidity of around 1% of their funds some time on Wed. 17 Feb. 2021.
There was a possibility that sometime soon the US would have a national lockdown around Fri.-Sat. 19, 20 Feb, with businesses closed for around two weeks.
An election for the restored Republic was expected to commence on 4 March 2021.
The beginning of the new global economic tax year was 1 April 2021.
Charlie Ward said that something massive was going to happen on 6 April 2021.
This week’s Polar Vortex causing severe weather conditions across the country and loss of the electrical grid for all of Texas was believed to be a Cabal weather manipulation done to try to stop the Global Currency Reset – which stopping of the GCR just ain’t goin ‘ta happen.
A. What we think we know as of Wed. 17 Feb. 2021:
All signs were that the next two weeks would be epic.
We could expect some action that could result in a national lockdown around Fri.-Sat. 19, 20 Feb. FEMA was setting up emergency stations all over the country in preparation for the two week lockdown. We have been promised that if we were in lockdown during the exchange period we would be given passes and even military escort if so wished, in order to go to our appointments.

Today Wed. 17 Feb. a person high in the QFS said they started issuing payments on humanitarian aid on Tues. 16 Feb.
Charlie, who was in charge of a huge humanitarian program, was exchanging/redeeming today Wed. 17 2021.
Charlie has been given access to humanitarian funds. If you have a project not funded you can apply to his Oneness Fund. You will be interviewed and if you pass (meaning you verify the money is not going for nefarious activities, but to humanity, you will be given the money for your project. The application will be available on his website by the end of the week.
The big pharma have been blocking the Med Beds. Once the GCR is flipped Med Beds will be available – in the US first. There are three kinds of Med Beds.
A huge amount of arrests went on in Washington DC last week.
There have been some arrests on a local and state level.
We will see exposure of who was arrested this month.
Some names have been released to the Mainstream Media, but they have refused to publish them.
The UK Corp was closed down, and the UK government was illegal.
The C19 restrictions will go away with the change in the financial system.

Yesterday Tues. 16 Feb. there was a massive crack in the Three Gorges Dam in China. When it goes in the next few days it’s going to ki*ll a lot of people, but it’s also going to wipe out the Bitcoin machinery beneath it, as well as the Wuhan Lab.
NESARA will likely come out in March. GESARA will go as Flynn and his team go around the world and help to implement it.

Samson: Completion of the second phase of a new border crossing between Iraq and Saudi Arabia via Najaf

Work continues on the completion of the work of the first and second stages of the land road that connects Najaf Governorate with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which started its work since last December, after a hiatus that lasted for years, as this road is expected to contribute to reviving the tourist and archaeological areas, and increasing trade exchange between Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
The noble Najaf Governorate hopes to transform the "border control" with Saudi Arabia into a border crossing that includes areas for trade exchange, such as the Arar port in Al-Anbar Governorate, and the expected Jumima in Al-Muthanna governorate.
It is noteworthy that the relations between Baghdad and Riyadh have witnessed great development at various levels, as they culminated in the establishment of the Joint Coordinating Council between the two countries, with the intention to enhance trade and investment exchange between the two countries.
The governor of Najaf, Louay Al-Yasiri, said in an interview with Al-Sabah newspaper, which was followed by Al-Iktissad News, that “the local government is seriously following up the implementation of this vital project,” while attributing the reasons for the delay to “the financial crisis and the war against ISIS terrorist in 2014, the same year in which it was referred Ministry of Construction and Housing Project for implementation".
He pointed out that "this road will be available for pilgrims to the House of God who take the land roads, and it shortens a large part of the distance that pilgrims travel through the Arar border crossing," expressing his hope that "this project will make a major economic shift for the governorate because it will serve a lot of Agricultural, industrial and residential projects in that region, and there will be great openness by the maintenance of these areas because of the presence of this vital road".
For his part, Director of the Roads and Bridges Division in the governorate, Haider Hamid Atshan, said, "The total length of the road is 239 km, which the Ministry of Construction and Housing is implementing in stages at a total cost of 168 billion dinars, and two phases of this road have been referred, with a length of 50 km for each stage." Samson: Parliamentary integrity: Al-Kazemi owns large corruption files, but he does not present them

The Parliamentary Integrity Committee confirmed, on Thursday, that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi possesses corruption files, but he does not present them to the competent authorities, indicating that holding those responsible for corruption accountable will restore confidence in the political system.
"The fight against corruption in Iraq is an easy task and that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi has large corruption files, but he does not present them," said deputy head of the committee, MP Khaled Al-Jashami, in an interview followed by "the information".
Al-Ghashami added that "holding those responsible for corruption accountable will restore confidence in the political system," noting that "corruption has caused a large percentage of Iraqis to abstain from elections."
He pointed out that "Iraqis feel disappointed by the rampant corruption," explaining that "the current system has made many achievements, but witnessed great corruption." LINK
