Pimpy   ...there's a lot of speculation...that the rate change is in the 2021 budget.  We know that the reform papers or white papers talked about the study of dealing with the rate change but there was nothing set in stone.  They're just talking about it.  Are we anticipating a rate change Yes.

JJimmyJJ   Article:  "Details of the financial deficit financing law in IraqIMO, everything is now done,  and they got it [borrowing law] done in time for the GOI and CBI to roll it out before the end of the month (hopefully this weekend(!)...). The important thing,  I think,  is that it is done and the fab 4 are happy,  that there is a sense of urgency sufficiently strong to get them to do something unprecedented, and that now the announcement can be made per their schedule. This is a glorious day!

China Begins Taking Down Billionaires In Ambitious New Plan, Now They Want To Tax Working From Home

Nov 13, 2020

China begins changing the way it deals with its wealthy citizens following years of pro business policies and begins taking ira stance against their billionaires.

I was referring to the huge event that was planned a couple weeks ago, the worlds largest IPO ANT was prevented from its IPO and now the country says its going to start digging in to these Fintech monopolies just like ANT. Jack Ma is one if the nations wealthiest businessmen due to Alibaba which at one point raked in 1/5 of all consumer goods sold in China.

In a nation where anything that compromises the total authority of government is regarded as a sin the system lends its self to preying on billionaires who gain to much power and influence.

This brings us to our main point which is the systemic error inherent is these anti-growth policies. Everyone is ok when it's someone else paying the highest taxes but what happens if you have an idea and it begins selling a lot and you get rich, now its time to pay your fair share.

There's also the article from Deutsche Bank suggesting that businesses should start taxing their employees for the benefits from working from home. They talked about how the employees were saving money so they really wouldn't mind an extra 5% off their pay.

Their audience listens though their point is a little callused during a recession.
