Tier 4B notification to set appointments could start at any moment, with a promise to be in full swing during the last two weeks of April.
This week emails were released to 174 countries giving instructions on the Global Currency Reset liquidity launch notification.
On Wed 14 April at 4 pm & 5:26 pm PST bonds were released for liquidity of Tier 4B. They were still working on bond liquidity release on Thurs. 15 April according to our Military Intel Contact.
Starting on Mon. 3 May the US Military would be put on High Alert and Readiness.
On Thurs. 6 May the new Emergency Broadcast Starlink System would take over all Mass Media internationally to enforce a temporary Martial Law worldwide.
During the Ten Days of Darkness that followed:
Uncensored news on Tribunals and the takedown of the Cabal would be broadcast in three eight hour movie sessions per day (24 hours a day) on all Media networks worldwide.
There would be possible Social Media and Stock Market crashes, planes and trains grounded, Internet go down and occasional electricity outages as a switchover was made to the new Telsa Free Energy system.
A new Financial System and NESARA activated.

The release will happen when it is safe globally and all people will be safe as well.

And the reason why is because internally they have fixed it [fixed rate] and they will float it internationally...that float equals a middle eastern basket that the Iraqi dinar will be in there with the American dollar 1 to 1 and all of these other countries that are around the Middle East they're gonna pour into that basket...maybe 6,7,8 different countries...those other counties will also be 1 to 1 with the American dollar.
