Sources claimed that Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) would be notified to set redemption/exchange appointments on Fri. 21 April or Sat. 22 April and could begin appointments three hours later.
Thurs. 20 April MarkZ: I am being told by my sources over in Iraq that they are going to maybe spring the budget on us this weekend – Fri. 21 April, or Sat. 22 April. By early next week we know that Erbil is supposed to be pumping oil again, so there must be some kind of agreement with the HCL laws-section 140. I continue to get tremendous chatter from the bond side. They expect things to start later in the day tomorrow Fri. 21 April, and be in full swing on Sat. 22 April.

The codes were released Tues. night 18 April.
They have been exchanging Dinar at the new rate for the past 14 days.
Iraqi ATVs were activated Tues. morning 18 April.
Iraqi Government workers and contractors have all been paid at the new Dinar rate.
Bond sellers received their Q cards yesterday Wed. 19 April, the others did today Thurs. 20 April.

Two separate sources said Tier4B would be notified Fri. 21 April or Sat. 22 April and could begin appointments three hours later.
At the Redemption Center you will get credit/debit card that can be used that day, phones, certificates for computers, a list of perks
You can have access to 1% of your exchange at your exchange.
Nine days later you can have access to 9% of your exchange from your Quantum Account.
