Form Of Government Program

Monday 27 December 2021   192   Yasser Al-Metwally   Awaiting what the last-minute negotiations to form the government will lead to, and the government program that is hoped to be presented later must have clear requirements for the new phase, i.e. the form of the government program that it is hoped will focus on the economic aspect as it is the link between all political, social or service programs.

Iraq’s problem is purely economic, not related to its capabilities, but rather because of the scattering of Iraq’s wealth and the confusion of the waste of public money and the failure to address challenges by adopting specialized strategies that advance the reality of performance and move it to a better stage than it is.

We did not bring anything new when talking about challenges such as unemployment, disruption of the productive sectors, industrial and agricultural, and poor commercial policy planning that perpetuated dumping, deepening irrational consumer behavior, and poor services.

Therefore, it is necessary to draw up an integrated economic program through which we can revitalize the various sectors in the country. The health reality, for example, will also be affected by the planned economic program, as it will contribute to planning wealth management in a way that ensures the revitalization of the various sectors and paying attention to them according to the basic and necessary needs.

Iraq, ranked in the tenth stage among the world's richest countries, is indeed rich, but its wealth is a victim of the lack of clarity in the economic program and the absence of wealth management programs; Therefore, you find accumulations of backwardness and regression, unfortunately.

Is it conceivable that the level of services is weak and does not rise to the level of the country's wealth? Poor services in a rich country, unfortunately.

We need to reconsider education and the structure of universities and colleges to ensure the development of human resources in an orderly manner.

The need also requires reworking the basic designs of cities to ensure the creation of solid service sectors and giving infrastructure great importance for a successful and successful start of the required economic reform.

The work space in Iraq is large and requires great efforts in order to return the train to its correct track that advances performance and creates a solid economy, as the need has become very urgent to implement a government program that leads to the investment of available resources in a way that moves the country to a new stage commensurate with the capabilities of the country.

Achieving economic advancement is not something we see as complicated in a country like Iraq, which possesses the ingredients for success, only the need has become more than urgent to organize work tools and create the appropriate environment for them.   LINK
