To include pairing with budget programs, and putting pressure on the government in charge to expedite the preparation of the new government program, bearing in mind that Iraq does not waste time and effort, but rather that it seeks to direct projects, works and major decisions where the parliament is needed to support its implementation.

Master Plans

Citizens' Lives

Academic Dr. Sattar al-Bayati said: “In democratic countries, we note that one of the most important sections of the electoral programs for candidates for elections includes the economic aspect, especially what is directly related to the lives of citizens or voters such as issues of unemployment and improving the lives of the poor.

Therefore, in most cases, the victory of a candidate is linked to the extent of his interest in the economic aspect Through his quest to solve the outstanding problems of interest or prejudice to people's lives, and this issue must receive attention in the subsequent stage after winning the elections for three considerations, the first of which is the direct link to the economic aspect of people's lives and livelihoods.

He pointed out that «the economic factors of the economic behavior on the electoral process are represented in the strength and willingness of the voters who bear the difficulties of modern life. It seems to us that the more people adapt to changing conditions, the better they are supported by the force that allows them to live the way they want.”

Current consumption and accumulation when fixed income changes or accumulation only if the income is considered temporary.

And we suggest that the analysis be conducted on the detailed data in Iraq only, although the analysis between countries seems very interesting and useful, allowing one to assess the dynamics of interdependence between political and economic relations, depending on the hierarchy of authorities.

An ideal that attracts big companies and brings great benefit to the country, and this should be the goal of the next parliament.”

Legislative Responsibility

He pointed out that “activating the laws to protect the producer and the consumer is an imperative at this important stage, for its role in moving the wheel of local production, and that whoever addresses the legislative responsibility must realize the importance of there being integration between the financial and production sectors, and that sober production programs lead to enhancing confidence.” Between the Iraqi banking system and the industrial sector looking for financing to develop its performance and the joints of its work.

From the scientific and field experience in various sectors, and here we need a real orientation by the public and private sectors to activate agricultural or industrial production or an actual investment of the bulk of natural resources.”

She added, "The reality of the situation requires that we have real orientations to activate the economy, and here we have to start real work, benefiting from similar global experiences toward activating the national economy, and to consider before any unplanned step what we need first and which major economic blocs we must cooperate with in order to draw Secondly, the development process, whose steps are determined by real economic committees.
