Finance: Recovering About A Thousand Government Properties From Violators

Oil Prices Have Risen To More Than $83 Per Barrel

Brent crude rose 90 cents, or 1.1%, to $83.64 a barrel, after declining about 2% last week. US crude rose 87 cents, or 1.1%, to $82.14, after falling nearly 3% last week.
Late last Friday, Aramco raised the official selling price for the month of December to buyers of its Arab Light crude in Asia to $2.70 a barrel above the Oman/Dubai average, an increase of $1.40 from this month.
ANZ Research said in a note that Aramco's move indicated that "demand remains strong," as the OPEC member and other major oil exporters continue to curb supplies.

The bank stated in a statement: "The Central Bank witnessed today, during its auction for buying and selling US dollars, an increase in its sales by 7.5% to reach 172 million, and 846 thousand and 275 US dollars, covered by the bank at a base exchange rate of 1460 Iraqi dinars per dollar."
He pointed out that "the bank's sales on Sunday were 160 million and 755 thousand and 524 US dollars."
And he indicated that "the purchases amounting to 128 million, 816 thousand and 275 dollars went to strengthen balances abroad in the form of remittances and credits, while the remaining amount of 44 million and 30 thousand dollars went in cash."

Biden Directed To Help Iraq Identify The Perpetrators Of The Al-Kazemi Assassination Attempt
US President Joe Biden strongly condemned the assassination attempt on Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.
