MilitiaMan:  Lets think about this a moment. They have tenders from the CBI for qualified entities. The QFS System is new and would need entities that are schooled in the new technology. They are going to be re constructing the Mosul area and largely too. The contracts will need to be transparent and be able to use the new system. The tender date is for Sunday this weekend. The Oil and Gas Law is on the table for the coming days. They'll need to have things ready for the new system too. They will not have a choice from the looks of it imo..

MilitiaMan:  This link may be of interest to everyone. The CBI is talking about tenders.. This like mentions tenders in many places. Page 14 Item 2.. Block Chain is to be used for TENDERS... imo... CBI is talking routes of tender papers, transport lines.. In other words, they can monitor the Chain of events in the tender process. This imo is huge and should not get lost... imo ~ MM

Interesting for sure and well yes it could be correct - as we see the different usage for abbreviations - the Iraqis are being creative to help us out maybe.

MilitiaMan:  Yes there is some very good data to go over and page 14 has some very fascinating things in it. The report shows what was from the past and what is needed into the future. By all the study we have under our belts, I can see this report as massive support they are in fact going to a market economy and will raise the rate of the IQD to support that effort!
