Samson:  The central bank decides to extend the suspension of the promotion of applications for licensing electronic payment companies

decided to extend the period of suspension of the promotion of applications for licensing
electronic payment companies until December 31, 2020

So it's good they are punished - it's game over for them trying to break the rules - not complying.  Game over for corruption

an introductory lecture entitled “Banking Risk Management” on Wednesday January 15,
2020 which included concepts (credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, reputation risk, legal risks)

Like don't risk your freedom by money laundering, doing bad loans, not having capital on hand, basic operational needs met, amnd stay away from any of the afore, as out reputation as being corrupt is bad enough, just look at the legal issues the those that are arrested already have us under. Popeye7:   Being bad boys always carries consequences... It is the everyday folks that suffer for the corruption that permeates a nations government... Eventually spawning tyranny if left unchecked... God was merciful to the US, and in turn that mercy is being shown Iraq as well...

Please provide the Payments Department with an Excel table containing data for merchants
contracting with your companies on CD or flash drives, including the following:

Names of their authorized dealers and their full addresses (governorate, region, building)

The nature of the business

The number of devices per dealer

The date of signing the contract with the merchant

Date of starting work

Provided that it is updated quarterly, when any amendment or update is made, or as requested by this bank, for the period it deems appropriate.

The session was held in cooperation between the Association of Iraqi Private Banks and the Central Bank - the Center for Banking Studies and the Banking Control Department

Samson:   Parliamentary Finance: The 2020 budget will see a deficit of 48 trillion dinars

Member of Parliamentary Finance Committee, Magda Al-Tamimi, confirmed today, Sunday, that the 2020 budget will witness a deficit of 48 trillion dinars, while noting that the value of waste in fake projects until 2014 exceeded 282 trillion dinars.

Al-Tamimi told Al-Akhbaria that “more than 6000 fake projects were registered with us until 2014, when the budget was not approved,” stressing that “financial waste in fake projects until 2014 exceeded 282 trillion dinars.”

She noted, "The 2020 budget will witness a financial deficit of 48 trillion dinars," noting that it "raised a number of files to the Integrity Commission for consideration and until now no legal measures have been taken against the whales of corruption.  LINK
