MZ: I am positive we have an end date….everything is planned…we are just waiting out the last few days…trying to get over the hump.
MZ: I am still hearing very positive things out of the middle east….just no movement from paymasters or bonds at this point

MZ: He could absolutely do it during “lame duck” . Many pontificate that is when he would do it. There would be no win or lose at that point….only win.

MZ: We do not know, but most of the rumors say it could be 90 days. We will not know until we are at the appointments.
