Fern: What formulas do they use to determine the new amount of mortgage balance, interest and new payments? You have said several times that over 4,000 fiat currencies have failed over time. Can you point me to the book or online resource where I can research this?
Rob Hansen: 1- you keep saying UBI is coming. I keep hearing it’s going to be tied to getting a vaccine. No vaccine - no UBI. Your thoughts ? 2- if there is UBI. Will they stop social security? Randy K: I follow your program and I am in the process of buying collectible coins. I have a question in reference to my home which I own out right. I am thinking there must be a way to use that equity and put it to good use. What are your thoughts about keeping a nest egg in your personal residence. (Next year i will probably lose a large portion of that equity.)
