KTFA:

Fieldboss7:  Is there any truth to sadrists resigning thier positions in parliament?  If so, isn't that a bad thing for us as investors?

Tivon:  Al-Sadr, done his job. He got the Criminalizing Normalization Law done. He got the "Emergency Food Security Law" done. He got the Kurdistan Regional Oil & Gas Law signed over to Baghdad done. What more do you want from the man? You should be focusing on Al-Kazemi and his team. He is next up to bat. You all grow attached to the wrong people. Let them exit stage left as their role is no longer needed. Train yourself to focus on pertinent things that help you understand your investment. Al-Sadr is not one of them at this stage. If he went missing never to return for whatever reason would not make one dent in this investment. The FSL was specifically created to prolong the Al-Kazemi government, not Sadr! Look for what happens once the FSL is published in the Gazette. Imo

Popeye7:  Imo, I concur completely with your assessment of the situation Tivon, and the position we are currently in at the moment... What I also find entertaining is those opposed to the change that is about to transpire flailing at the wind... Let's see what occurs as this week progress's, and with the Gazette coming out on Wednesday, and Saturday... Still have not heard anything concerning the president of Iraq's signature on the FSL... Is that necessary, and if so, that would certainly seem to be news worthy... Thanks again for your analysis, and commentary... God bless..

Tivon:  The "Food Security Law" is going into the Gazette to maintain the Al-Kazemi government. The entire strategy surrounding the approval of the FSL was to get around the political blockage. Guess what? They accomplished that resoundingly. Guess what they did it without? A seated government and a 2022 Budget. Why is this relevant to you?

I stopped following the political debacle as soon as the final vote came in for the FSL. Why? Because during that time all the contracts for the HCL/Oil & Gas was signed over to Baghdad. Which means we no longer have to wait for any approval of any shares (In The Budget) for Kurdistan before they decide to play ball so we can breath a sigh of relief and say thank God'... now all we need is the exchange rate now that they (Kurds) signed off on their 60% in the general budget.

Have you noticed Al-Sadr, Hakim Al-Zamili, or Mazhar Saleh, are not even commenting about how the pending formation of the government has any bearing on the reinstatement of the Iraqi Dinar?. Ask yourself why are the professionals in this field not sharing your sentiments about the political impasse and how it's bad for us?

The seated government you are waiting for is already staring you in the face. This is your government for the remainder of the year. Understand? The seated GOI you are waiting for is going to come after you exchange. Why? Because the FSL is designed and created to activate All Contracts & Procedures" to move the "Wheel of The Economy" that was announced by Mazhar Muhammad Saleh (Financial Advisor).

How do you guys constantly miss the most monumental articles that is not even a week old yet? The FSL is specifically intended to clean out corruption (This Year) so they can start a new year with a E-Goverment that will come with a standard general budget where the FSL will no longer be necessary because the citizens will have purchasing power prior to 2023.

Expert : The Food Security Law Prolongs The Al-Kazemi Government If One Condition Is Met

10th June, 2022

Political analyst, Dr. Muhammad Nanaa, confirmed today, Friday, that the food security law does not represent a substitute for the budget law, but it could represent a mini budget for the remainder of 2022.

Nanaa said, in a statement to the “National News Center” that “emergency support is not a substitute for the budget because it does not address all the chapters included in the budget, but rather it is a temporary law and is suitable as a mini budget for the remainder of the current year only, provided that it approves next year a general budget for 2023 it addresses the gaps left by the current period.”

And he continued, "The support law can contribute to prolonging the political negotiations and giving the government of Mustafa Al-Kazemi a longer period, because the political pressures will also be less."

Definition of E-Government E-Government refers to the use by government agencies of information and communication technologies (ICT) that have the ability to transform relations with citizens, businesses, government employees, and other arms of government in the delivery of services. For The World Bank, it is the use of ICT to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of government [2]. There are different uses and advantages of E-Government and this requires many tools to achieve it such as ICT, the internet and mobile computing.

Tivon:  Opinion: Ask yourself what financial institutions are responsible for the Food Security Law? The IMF. US Treasury. And World Bank. This is who are supporting the current Al-Kazemi government. Not the government that has yet to be decided. This is about the current stage. Not some far off political discourse over who will be elected.

They want to address the needs and entitlements of the Iraqi citizens now. That is why they called it "Emergency Food Security Law". They didn't name it "Pending Favor Undecided Law".

Isn't it created to deliver services? What did the Tax Authority announce last week? That they completed a program to reduce corruption at the Currency Sale Window by 100%. Guessing where most of the corruption was happening at? The Private Banks.

What did the government of the CBI do when he went to visit those Private Banks? To make sure they are implementing Instructions & Procedures correct?

Would these be the same stipulated policy that the Tax Authority stated would fix corruption at these PBs? You do know this program is apart of the E-Goverment right? Which falls under what? The FSL. Why? Because it stabilizes "All Contracts & Procedures".
