Hammy14: So, the agreement with Kurdistan will begin on January 1, 2020. Hummmmm. Interesting....
2Cents: What is interesting is that THERE IS AN AGREEMENT!!!!!!! This should not be overlooked or taken lightly IMO!!!!
Iobey777: WOW!!! Very, very interesting!! IMO..I would venture to say that "someone" here knows the new rate and they are now happy with it! Finally!! an agreement has been reached and it is FINAL!!! Make it happen..COM and Parl!! (I'm also guessing that some people here do Not want to be sanctioned, therefore they are agreeing to get this done ASAP! IMO!! Whatever it takes..I'm good with speeding it up!! I'm sure the citizens will be too when they see it actually happen!
2 Cents: IMO, the talk appears that the Kurds will participate in the finalization of the 2020 budget on Sunday and Monday of next week now that they have entered into the "AGREEMENT". This will finalize the "AGREEMENT". The budget will then be sent to the COM for approval and sent to Parliament thereafter. The big question is whether they are waiting until Sunday/Monday for a reason and whether the Kurds will not allow finalization until there is the RD/RV and/or RI.....???? Are we right on top of it????
2Cents: IMO, Just so all know, the meeting today between Baghdad and the Kurds reportedly lasted 6 hours and participants included...........wait for it..........wait for it.........wait for it.......
The Governor of the Central Bank........
