Samson: Al-Khalidi: The road to negotiations is closed, and the budget is destined to be passed by the majority

Representative Anan Bayariq Al-Khair Muhammad Al-Khalidi confirmed, on Tuesday, that the parliament has officially reached a dead end regarding the budget negotiations, indicating that the matter is heading to pass it by the majority and carry over the problems with the region to the next year.
Al-Khalidi said to / the information / that "all the negotiations on the budget did not lead to solutions regarding the region’s share and the delivery of its imports, and no solutions looming on the horizon."
He added that "the negotiations reached a dead end, officially after the Kurds adhered to their demands and rejected the large blocs to them and the silence of the central government."
He explained that "things tend to be passed by the majority and the existence of a movement to collect parliamentary signatures to pass them by the majority," noting that "the majority means transferring problems between the center and the region to the next year and the next parliamentary session and complicating the political scene even more." Tishwash: Kurdistan’s share of the budget is 12%, and the previous rates will not return
The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the share of the Kurdistan region in the budget is 12.67%, and while confirming that the previous percentages will not return, it disclosed that the Kurdistan region gave data on the salaries of institutions without the number of employees .
Committee member Magda Al-Tamimi said, “The Kurdistan region gave us data on the salaries of institutions without the number of employees,” indicating that “the Kurdistan region says that it has received 92 trillion dinars out of 177 since 2005. ”
Al-Tamimi added, “The proceeds of the Kurdistan region from the official outlets are more than a trillion dinars during a year,” stressing that “the share of the Kurdistan region in the budget is 12.67 percent and the previous rates will not return .”
And she continued, “We do not want to pass the budget by majority, but by mutual consent between all parties,” indicating that “there must be a settlement between Baghdad and Erbil to see the student and the wanted since 2012.” link

Jeff I've been telling you that if they're going to do the rate change this month in March, their back wall for March has to be Sunday the 21st to do it. The reason why is because...they would need the last week of March to complete the suspended laws...they just need one reading and they're done...we're in great shape...
Frank26 We have a date. It's a solid date. At the onset it will come out at a rate 1 to 1 IMO. That rate will be domestically and internationally recognized. This is the process of monetary reform - the lava flow that we call the redenomination, the revaluation and now finally the reinstatement...this phase is approaching us in the near proximal future... Frank26 1 to 1 ... Inside of Iraq you're going to have one dinar. What are you going to have in the the other hand? A dollar? NO! They base it on the exchange rate of the dollar. They don't have any dollars in their country...a dinar is a dinar inside the country of Iraq. The value of that dinar is equivalent of an American dollar. Not bad. You got purchasing power. Outside of Iraq it depends on what you want to convert it into...Let me ask you this.
