And she added, in a press release: "These assets are public property and cannot be disposed of according to the investment law, and that the manipulation by the National Authority of these funds and the exploitation of the investment law as a pretext and to obscure the government and public opinion on the basis of investment did not pass," noting that there is a legislative decision from The Baghdad Provincial Council and the Speaker of Parliament not to dispose of these assets and other sectoral entities. ”
She explained that“ the investment law obliges the authority to fully collect the value of the land before granting the investment license, and the commission did not act according to the law and granted lands to investors almost free of charge, in light of the Corona pandemic.
