Iraq Determines The "Extreme" Poverty Rate And Proceeds To A New Survey Of The Poor

The statistics of the Ministry of Planning for the year 2018 indicate that the poverty rate in the southern governorates is approximately 32%, and in the central governorates ranges between 20 to 21%, while the poverty rate in the governorates of the Kurdistan Region is between 12.5 to 13%, which is the same percentage in the capital, Baghdad. .
