The Dollar Is Rising In Baghdad And The Central Bank Is Selling The Highest Amount Since The Exchange Rate Change

As for buying and selling prices, they rose in banking shops in the local markets in Baghdad, and the selling price reached 1505 dinars to the dollar, while the purchase prices reached 1495 dinars. Today, Monday, the Central Bank of Iraq sold the highest amount of the dollar since it changed the exchange rate on December 19, 2020.
The total sales of the foreign currency auction for the bank today amounted to 231 million and 855 thousand and 498 dollars.
The total sale for the purposes of strengthening balances abroad (transfers, credits) in today's auction was 188 million and 355 thousand and 498 dollars, and the total cash sale was 43 million and 500 thousand dollars.
It is noteworthy that the Central Bank of Iraq decided on January 19 last to make a significant change in the dollar exchange rate, as follows:
1450 dinars per dollar, the purchase price of foreign currency from the Ministry of Finance.

Parliamentary Finance: The Regional Government Will Sue Baghdad If It Does Not Send The Budget This Month

Committee member Shirwan Misra said in a press statement, "There are no problems or obstacles left before the implementation of the paragraphs related to the Kurdistan region's share of the federal budget for the year 2021."
He added: If the paragraphs related to the Kurdistan region are not implemented in the budget this month, this indicates that the federal government does not want to implement those paragraphs and intends to delay them.
Mirza explained, "If these paragraphs are not implemented, the Kurdistan Regional Government can resort to the Federal Court and file a complaint there because The budget is a law and a duty to be implemented by all parties.”
The negotiating delegation of the Kurdistan region headed by the Deputy Prime Minister, Qubad Talabani, visited the capital, Baghdad, and held a series of meetings with the federal government, including a meeting with Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, before the delegation returned to Erbil. .
Talabani wrote, in a tweet on Twitter: "We are very close to a final agreement on a mechanism for implementing the budget law," adding that "there are good intentions from both parties, and that adhering to the text of the law will have a positive impact on the financial situation in the Kurdistan region, and will direct relations Between Baghdad and the Kurdistan Region towards a new stage.
And the Kurdistan Regional Government announced, last Sunday, sending two important files to Baghdad this week.
"The two files concern the Kurdistan region's oil expenditures and non-oil revenues," said Jutiar Adel, a spokesman for the regional government, during a press conference.
And regarding sending the salaries of Kurdistan region employees, Adel said, "I most likely will reach this issue to the implementation stage, and part of it has already reached the implementation stage, and in the near future financial dues will be sent to the Kurdistan region within the federal budget."
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives voted on March 31, 2021, to approve Article (11) of the Iraqi Budget Law for the year 2021, which is related to the Kurdistan Region’s share of the budget.
The Kurdistan region needs 895 billion dinars per month to distribute salaries without deduction, i.e. up to 10 trillion and 740 billion dinars annually. LINK
Dollar Prices In Iraq Record A New High

Iraqis of all kinds and sects have responded to the comprehensive call for all volunteers to join the official security forces to confront ISIS.
The fatwa pumped new blood into the body of Iraq and the Iraqis, and the world was living a difficult moment over a horrific event that was manifested in the loss of Iraq’s largest city (Umm Al-Rabeein) and its fall into the hands of the terrorist ISIS, and the subsequent fall of multiple provinces and cities, the slaughter of its people, the desecration of their sanctities and the captivity of their women, by terrorist gangs.
The criminal, decimated plowing and offspring, committed the most terrible massacres and genocide against our people, and they wanted to obliterate the history and identity of our country and people.
All of these came as a result of neglect in the care of the security institutions and the heroic Iraqi army, and the accumulation of wrong policies that led the country to these disasters.
We are working to correct these paths and put the country on the right line by supporting the armed forces and controlling their performance in accordance with national military rules, as always recommended by the reference, warning against exploiting the fatwa politically and economically in favor of non-national projects that spoil the sacrifices of heroic volunteers.
Hence, I address my honorable people, the people of Iraq, the cradle of human civilization and the land of prophets and guardians, that we always strive to consolidate the pillars of brotherhood among the people of society as a single national fabric that enjoys all their rights without discrimination, and we address the claims of hatred and incitement to violence.
O great people, we remember this day not in order to awaken the wounds of orphans and widows, but to benefit from the lessons and correct the mistakes.
Let us look to the future and build a strong and capable Iraq in which human beings are respected without discrimination and discrimination. The language of tolerance and forgiveness must prevail and overcome the language of revenge and violence.

The tower exceeded 120 meters (out of 170 meters) to exceed the height of the Baghdad Mall (Al-Harithiya) tower, which is 114 meters.
