Francis Albert KAP recent post and argument for "Possibly 18 months now......" is classic KAP reductionist theory. IMF and the fluctuation of value of the dinar and all that compliance jargon. And many are perhaps feeling punky because of this post. We are all just giving opinions, and his is just one and again, I think he doesn't look at big picture.
Francis Albert From the cheap seats here in my world I know one thing for sure. The IMF and the Dollar Inc. FED etc. all Central Banks are run by the same crowd. They hang together talk and sit with one another. If these people want Iraq to go forward with monetary reform, as ALL evidence suggest.
IMF can do what they want, and in the paperwork that has a check mark on "Is currency in compliance for 18 months? " They can check Yes, and who is going to say anything to argue the check mark. Remember in finance and Geo Politics...nothing...nothing is as it seems.
