RodTahoe I did validate the information from the CBI that there has been a change in accounting, that Frank, Delta and MM are talking about. The current dinar in circulation is now at 5 trillion, down from 55 trillion. The amount in the commercial banks went from 3 trillion to 51 trillion (approx).

Am sure the regulars will bash what ever i bring, but look at the charts and see how you interpret this change.

WITHOUT DELTA?? 12-26-2019 Intel/Newshound Guru Delta ...This is coming from the CBI...they said they can not change the value at any time...there is a legal and international policy they can change the rate only the first of the fiscal year. That's January 1st. That's why they could not do it July, August or September.
We were wrong unfortunately...we thought they could do it at any time. That's wrong. They can not do it at any time...we are in a very good position right now...they ordered [the powers that be] the CBI that this time they are going to do it. There is no delay.

If we don’t see it by they we are not going to see it for a long time, probably wait until next January 2021. But I fully believe this is not going to be the case again. Why?
I am saying there is hope more than the previous years we experienced because now the CBI has the official “go -ahead” from the powers to be. Yes, the US and the IMF have told Iraq that now is the time and so they are moving ahead. We will see the results very soon. Just hang in there for a bit longer.
