Francis Albert Currency investors here. Take heart. Regardless of what some "Never Dinarians" are writing lately...remember it is easy to argue any point when the fine points are not in the talk.
I have studied these "money" matters for many years. And, to that end, anyone who argues that Iraq is not going to somehow, someway, someday go international and raise the value of their currency is simply not looking closely. Do I think It will suddenly pop up to some mythical $3.50 range overnight?
Possible, for the Iraqi Dinar has years of history in this territory. So, a reinstatement is possible. If I were a betting chap I would say it comes out at .86 on Forex and makes a speedy dash higher.

Francis Albert I do understand how folks get weary of the time they have been in. IMO is because they have spent years listening to stuff like: Banks are on high alert, the back screens are showing ....whatever..paymasters are in Vegas,contract rates, NDA's...you know if you've been around. Just let all that go and some day you will be glad you have some Dinar.

I didn't know if anyone was interested in it, and haven't read it all but it did say there was no lop, no rv in that publication. Do you think anyone would like to read it?

Kaperoni BossHog there are plenty of facts to prove that there can never be a significant RV of the Iraqi dinar but you just refuse to accept it. Kaperoni RodTahoe you're comparing apples to oranges they're not even the same thing. The amount of currency in circulation back when Saddam was around was nothing close to 42 trillion which is what's in circulation at this time.
The country's entire net worth is only 16 trillion if you RV that a one-to-one exchange rate that's three times the in the entire net worth of the country. Not to mention the world's total money supply currency in circulation is not even close to 42 trillion. It's a joke to even think that they could RV the currency with so much in circulation.

RodTahoe Well I think changing Iran is a huge item on Trumps to do list. Stopping the influx of US dollars coming from Iraq would be a great way to really cripple them. I think that is his plan, get Allawi in place, stop the auctions and straggle Iran and get change. All done with out military action.
