"Historical Bonds and their Redemption" by Ron Giles - 10.6.20

To begin with, I want to say that I am no expert on Historical Bonds. I just understand the word “Redemption” that describes what is supposed to happen to bonds when they mature. But there have been some "Historical" problems.

The Zim Bonds we hold and anticipate redeeming, are a defunct Zimbabwe National Currency. Does that mean they are Historical Bonds? Why the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) thought to use Bearer Bonds as a currency, is a matter of speculation?

 Was it to give the appearance of value to Zimbabweans as a national currency or was it just another attempt to trick the people into believing in the validity of the Mugabe Government? Regardless of the true answer, the Bonds still hold a "liability" for the Zimbabwean Government.

You can’t just claim that the bonds you issued are now worthless just because you issued them fraudulently and had no money to redeem them.

The RBZ still has the liability for the bonds. However, just trying to collect on them without success puts them in the Category of Historical Bond, meaning that they still have value but the issuing entity does not, or did not, have the ability to redeem them.

Another example of a Historic Bond creation would be the results of the Russian Revolution. The revolution unseated the Zarr and his family as the heads of State for Russia, When the government was toppled, there were outstanding Bonds that had been sold to the people that would not be redeemed by the new regime. They are now Historic Bonds.

There has been disaster after disaster as countries of the world were toppled and their governments were unable to redeem their legitimately issued bonds to their people. This scenario has been repeated for centuries with the People suffering from the despotic takeover of legitimate governments. The people suffered financially.

Who will redeem these bonds as a remedy for the people who own them and have lost that money through no fault of their own?

Those governments, that have been toppled by illegals that took over the power of the governments, issued bonds as a course of funding their governments. These bonds have since become seemingly useless. Many bonds were discarded and others were gathered with the hope of one day being able to redeem them. Who is available with large sums of money to act as remediation entities to redeem these Historic Bonds for the people involved?

There is no way to ascertain the number of still-legal-bonds held by peoples in the world. Some are sitting in a box in the attic with the owners not really knowing they have value. Many of these bonds have a huge face value, far beyond the Zim bearer bonds that we anticipate redeeming.

Is it fair to say these people need to be compensated by the illegals that took over a government? Should the perpetrators be forced to redeem these bonds? Should the German Nazis who stole gold and other valuable artifacts from the countries they conquered, be required to redeem these bonds or return these things to their rightful owners in compensation for the theft?

Asking these kinds of questions can go on for a very long time, example after example. So, who is to redeem these bonds that have huge face values, some of which are up to 100 Quintillion of the countries original currency?

As we try to right the wrongs perpetrated on mankind, are there benevolent funds to give back to the people who suffered a loss due to Cabal types that caused destruction amongst nations? If there is a way, how do you compensate people for centuries of fraud and deceit? If you’re in a drought, do you make it rain for 40 days and 40 nights to make up for the drought period, or do you gently rain just enough so that the drought ends and people are able to recover and move on without looking back? The people do forgive, but is that justice? No, it's just accommodation to get by.

There is NO WAY that the present CB financial system can or will compensate the people for their loss and bring about a successful conclusion to this dilemma. Like a diseased tree, it's hard to save it so it is best that you pull it up by the roots and destroy it and start over by planting a new tree. If the fruit of the tree is poisonous to the people that eat it, then why persist with trying to save it. That is an exercise in futility; that is what is happening now to the Central Banking System. Society has to start over with a new Financial System that has been growing in the background to take over at the right time.

The new system needs to address many concerns.

1. GESARA/ NESARA was designed to create new governments that serve the people instead of politicians that rob the people.

2. The Quantum Financial System was designed to eliminate fraud and manipulation of our financial system so that all persons/families are free to pursue life liberty and happiness, unencumbered by tyrannical, self-serving governments.

3. The GCR was designed to reset the currencies of the world to a new standard of parity between currencies so that there is a level playing field for all nations to thrive.

4. The RV/Redemption provides the funds to accomplish and support all of the above.

Along comes the Alliance.

The Alliance has a benevolent plan to implement GESARA, the QFS, the GCR, and RV/Redemption as well as getting rid of the poisonous tree with the bad fruit.

So, with the implementation of all these society-changing events, it still needs to account for the losses of Bonds that have not been redeemed.

To redeem the Historical Bonds, there needs to be a plan to hydrate the drought-stricken areas with sufficient rains to accomplish what is desired without the deluge that will destroy society as we know it. There has to be a gentle but significant process to solve the problems without creating more problems.

The redemption of these Historical Bonds with its huge amount of funds must be done under a very strict set of circumstances and that has to do with the “MEEK” people of the world. The Alliance has a plan that will use the meek to receive the funds as a redemption process, not only for the Zim Bonds but for Historical Bonds that can be proven to be authentic and are clean, clear, and non-terroristic, as well. The Alliance will not redeem them unless the bonds fall within their redemption parameters.

There is a two-way problem here. If you have Historical Bonds, they must be redeemed by certain individuals that are not part of the Cabal, nor a part of any Government, nor any Royalty, nor any Corporate conglomerate, nor most any other organization. No Tier entities 1-3, will redeem Zims or Historic Bonds. The second problem is the Alliance will only redeem through their trusted sources so the funds can be controlled and used appropriately.

Does the Alliance know who these people are? Yes! Do the people who have these bonds know where they can go to redeem them? Maybe. Are there strict circumstances in place for the redemption of these bonds and the use of the funds? Yes. Does the Alliance have the responsibility to redeem these Bonds? No, it is voluntary; but it is desirable for justice to prevail, so they will redeem the Bonds under their control mechanisms that are in place.

The funds will not fall into the hands of the Cabal, the Deep State, or any other hands that are dirty. The Alliance will be very vigilant in redeeming these Bonds and the QFS will ensure the use is for the people of the earth. The Alliance will have the final say as to the redemption and use of the funds, not just the meek. There is too much at stake to leave it in the hands of those who may not have the knowledge and the wisdom, nor the experience to distribute the funds appropriately.

While the Zim is considered a Historic Bond in one sense, there is similar value available for redemption using Historical Bonds from around the world as there is in the Zim. The Alliance knows where they are. Those with Historical Bonds must search out and find the proper source or channel to redeem their bonds at face value like with the Zim. The plan is now in play and we the people will win.

This is my understanding of this animal we call Historical Bonds. It is huge and it is vital. I hope this helps.
