Washington: We Support Economic Reform In Iraq

Today, Tuesday, the United States Embassy in Baghdad confirmed Washington's support for economic reform in Iraq.  The embassy said in a statement: "US Ambassador Alina Romanowski and members of the economic section of the embassy welcomed diplomats from 11 embassies and international organizations to the US embassy to focus efforts on increasing trade and investment in Iraq."

Amer Al-Jawahiri To / Nina /: There Is No Benefit From The Increase In Oil Revenues Without Major Internal Investments

He told the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ): We must search to bring in funds in a few ways, including encouraging local and foreign investment through financing to carry out works, whether directly or in a mixed local and foreign sector, as is the case globally, so that we do not worry about the issue of deficits in the future.

A Government Bank Launches A New Loan Meal For Three Categories

Economie| 01:38 - 09/13/2022   Baghdad - Mawazine News, Al-Rasheed Bank announced the launch of a new meal for the advances of state and contract employees, defense and interior employees, amounting to (10) and (5) million dinars for contract employees.

And the bank’s notification stated in a statement that “Mawazine News” received a copy of it, that “the beneficiaries who will receive text messages with the amount of the advance should review the bank’s branches or electronic payment outlets to receive it.”

The Cabinet Approves Water, Service And Investment Decisions

The Council's spokesman, Minister of Culture Hassan Nazim, said in a press conference after today's session, which was attended by / Mawazine News / that "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi directed to make maximum efforts to facilitate the transportation of the Arbaeen visitors."

He added, "The council discussed the necessary measures to confront water scarcity, with indications of its continuation, and approved the Ministry of Resources' request to update the strategic study of water and land."
