If you recall last Monday, we told you that there would not be a Monday Conference Call today....
As you know, we do not talk about military actions.

We calculated that today would be a day of military, so we decided not to talk today and you can see the reasons, the evidence, of why a week ago we told you we did not want to talk on this Monday.

Please pray for what I called something small and in my opinion I will be talking to you in a few days again on my UB2B.

But regardless I want you to know this..... Last night the citizens of Iraq were joyfully celebrating in the streets and praising the Americans for striking Iran !!!

Samson:  Parliament ends its deliberative session

Today, Monday, the House of Representatives ended its deliberative session headed by Deputy Speaker of Parliament Bashir Haddad and a number of deputies.

A parliamentary source said {for Furat News} that “Haddad announced the end of the deliberative session.” He added that "the session dealt with the discussion of the American bombing that targeted the headquarters of the popular crowd in Qaim, and also included the interventions of deputies and the rejection and denunciation of the American bombing, which they considered a blatant transgression of Iraqi sovereignty."

He noted that "Parliament stressed the need to take serious steps by the Iraqi government to prevent the recurrence of American aggressions."  LINK

Risk1:  As the Iraq Government condemns US military actions....... Just watched a guest on Fox news state his concern is this US action can drive Iraq into the arms of Iran.......I say BULL.....What does Iran have to offer Iraq? Nothing!!! The GOI is trying to walk a tight-rope trying to appease their neighbors with condemnation of said actions, and keeping their relationship with the US .......IMO sooner or later if Iraq ever wants to enter the global community their going to have to turn their back on the Iran regime...Privately, and publicly...

Samson:  Parliamentary Legal: We may resort to the 2014 option in spending the next year's budget

The Parliamentary Legal Committee confirmed today, Monday, the existence of legal treatment regarding the delay in the Federal Financial Budget Law for 2020.

Committee member Hussein Al-Aqabi said in a press statement, "The committee has legal treatment, which is the previous financial management law that we previously resorted to in the year 2014, when spending is done on the budget law for 2019 at a rate of 1 to 12," noting that "the law allows The government may send any bill, and the last say remains with the parliament." He added, "The internal system in the cabinet allowed the government to send some draft laws that do not have technical and legal problems," noting that "the general budget expresses the general policy of the executive authority in the management of the state and cannot be technically and legally for the government to send."

Al-Uqabi stressed that "the current government is a caretaker government and parliament cannot set a budget, and there is no permanent government with full powers that can implement this financial policy of the state." The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed last Thursday that the deficit in the public budget was the last time it reached Parliament.

The head of the committee, Haitham al-Jubouri, said in a press statement that "the general budget for the next year is still with the government and it has not been sent to Parliament because of the financial deficit," noting that "the fiscal deficit in the budget amounted to 25 billion dinars."  LINK
