Frank and KTFA Members " Pics and Descriptions" Monday PM 10-14-19

KTFA:

JJimmyjj:  Straight conjecture from me on a Monday:

So,  the rv starts gaining momentum and Iran attacks Saudi Arabia and there is a pause because of instability.

Then,  once things settle down and things appear to be getting close enough that we can taste it, protests which had been peaceful for years suddenly become violent,  causing a constitutional crisis in Iraq and left the govt teetering. There are also numerous reports that Iran had activated sleeper cells to shoot live rounds at protesters. Again,  there appears to be a pause to the RI during the turmoil.

I'm not guaranteeing anything,  because this is pure opinion based on incomplete information,  but if I had to put my money down on who the wizard is behind the curtain throwing monkey wrenches into the gears of the RI, I'd pick Iran everytime.

Don961:  Economic rights and national security strategy

Monday, October 14, 2019

Samir al-Nasiri

Iraq is currently in a critical, important, sensitive and detailed phase due to the political, security and economic conditions, legitimate popular demands, commitments, resolutions and solutions announced by the government, the Council of Representatives and the Presidency by agreement between the three presidencies.

All these decisions are waiting for the people to achieve them within a period of time that does not exceed months. It outlines a clear strategy and targets and timelines for implementation in order to reassure the public that the government is moving according to the best interest of the country and the people and this needs to be addressed promptly and accurately to the problems Economic indicators and the elimination of corruption, especially as official indicators point to high rates of unemployment to more than 30 percent of the workforce capable of working and high rates of poverty to 30 percent, and all these challenges led to high rates of prevalence of cases of financial and administrative corruption.

Therefore, we believe that building a clear basis for the national security strategy in its comprehensive concept with a focus on the economic aspect should result in achieving security, stability and economic development, in order to contribute to the well-being of society and to be effective and feasible in the current circumstances in Iraq, so many citizens The various levels of government, political, economic, university professors and civil society organizations of youth, women and professionals should contribute to their preparation through what is now legitimate claims to citizens in the reform yards in Baghdad and other provinces. Central and southern.

The magnitude of the threats to Iraq internally and externally and focus here on the threats related to the expectations of economic collapse, waste of public money and instability in oil prices globally requires the standing of government, political and popular bodies in order to protect Iraq and sustain the construction of its economy according to the real facts under the level of everyone's view, so we see Undoubtedly, the reforms and economic solutions announced by the Prime Minister, most of which require different time limits for the purpose of implementation, should be adopted as an economic strategy to achieve national security, focusing on Article 25 of The Constitution and other materials related to the State to ensure a dignified life for the individual and the family and ensure social justice among all classes and sects of the Iraqi people, and this strategy must include the application of realistic axes of government curriculum after according to the latest developments and packages economic and service reforms announced by the government and the House of Representatives amended

Legitimate the people in the elimination of financial and administrative corruption and address unemployment and poverty and return Iraq's stolen funds.

Therefore, we believe that the basic and economic principles of the national security strategy are as follows:

1. The sovereignty and territorial integrity of Iraq

2. Building a sound, multi-resource national economy

3 - The private sector plays a central role to lead the market

4. Providing food, medicine and environmental security to citizens

5 - To ensure the dignified life of the individual and the family in accordance with the articles of the Constitution

6. Reforming and developing the financial and banking sector and increasing its contribution to economic development

7. The State shall guarantee social justice for citizens

8. Protection of the principle of citizenship and civil peace

9 - Reform and development of good governance institutions to provide the best services to citizens

10. Information security and transparency in economic data and indicators

By analyzing the above fundamental and economic principles, we note that building a healthy economy, which ultimately achieves prosperity and prosperity for society, is the basis for building a national security strategy that goes beyond protecting internal security to protecting the homeland and ensuring its safety from external enemies.

It requires all government and political stakeholders, representatives of youth demonstrators, the private sector and economists to study, discuss and analyze the challenges and reform measures for a secure Iraq and a solid economy in a comprehensive national dialogue based on the following: :

1- Activating the axes mentioned in the government curriculum through the development of operational and operational policies and mechanisms for the development of productive economic sectors with the directions that achieve what is mentioned in these axes in their detailed aspects and setting a time limit for the implementation of each of the above-mentioned axes, under the supervision of the Council of Representatives.

2 - The government formed the Supreme Council for Economic Affairs, which consists of experts from the government and the private sector in order to carry out economic reform and the first step, including banking reform and to strengthen the role of the Central Bank of Iraq and the ministries concerned with economic affairs (finance, agriculture, industry, planning, oil and electricity) in effective and harmonious coordination between the two policies. Financial and monetary and achieve the goal of diversification of resources and non-dependence on oil in the state budget as a basic resource.

3. Establishment of the Reconstruction Council, the Public Service Council, the Private Sector Council and the National Authority for Small Enterprise Development. And medium. Youth Empowerment Fund

4. Taking quick action to benefit from the national economic, financial and technical expertise in managing the work of the basic economic workshops in the government and holding them responsible for the governmental institutions, especially those who have previous success experiences.

5. Activating and implementing executive mechanisms for economic reform and private sector development procedures prepared by the competent committees of experts in the Council of Ministers in 2015 with a focus on what they have addressed in the agricultural and industrial axes, finance, insurance, tourism, services and benefiting from successful economic experiences, and actually start implementing them and setting the time limits for putting them into practice. Implementation and defining elements of implementation, taking into account the current circumstances of Iraq.

6. Developing executive procedures to activate and implement the strategies previously developed in cooperation with the competent international organizations approved and announced for the development of the private sector, agricultural sector, industrial sector and education in accordance with the priorities adopted by these strategies and not to be shelved without Implementation of. link

MilitiaMan:  The CBI came out with 33 pages of data on Banking today. Here is Samir al-Nasiri  telling us in #5 and #6 some pretty powerful things. Using terms like Executive Procedures, Mechanisms, Economic Reform, Activating, Implementing, etc..

Those may very well line up with the word "ACCEPTANCE", we heard from WS.. Were the mechanisms put in place to jump start the private sector, etc? Four Banks are to start trading on the ISX tomorrow. Coincidence? I don't know. But, if WS suggested it was a go, and we have not heard a peep since? I am all eyes and ears.. ~ MM
