Fleming, [23.12.20] Our military intel contact said his info has been largely true every time to the best of his knowledge; he is doing his best to pass info that is as true as he can determine at the time.

He said his current info that he can release now is that Iraq DID reset (RV) the Dinar rate to about $15.00 (just under the $16.00 quoted 9.5 years ago by Dr. Shabibi at the US Chamber of Commerce 19 April 2011); the Dinar RV rate change happened LAST SUN MORNING 12/20 at 5 am Iraq time (9 pm EST Sat night 12/19); so he said THE DEED IS DONE, and that rate is showing his info says on Iraqi citizen Qi-cards as Bruce and other sources have reported.
He said Bruce’s sources are correct and his info is also that we T4B COULD HAVE BEEN STARTED yesterday-to-today Mon-Tue 21-22 Dec, IF THE Deep State part of the CCP CHINESE COMMUNIST GOVT in Beijing HAD NOT worked through 5 key bankers and transferred large amounts of funds to key Deep State accounts ILLEGALLY over the last 48+ hours;(edited)
He said he is sorry as are all behind the scenes for the delay at Christmas time, BUT it is NOT THE FAULT OF DoD white hats or POTUS OVER HERE in the USA as some are claiming—IT IS SQUARELY THE FAULT of THE DEEP STATE IN CHINA through HSBC Hong Kong and the DEEP STATE IN THE USA through Wells Fargo—he said the 5 key bankers were caught doing the ILLEGAL money laundering transactions through the QFS, and they and 22+ bankers in HSBC (working secretly for the Chinese CCP Deep State) and 51+ bankers in Wells Fargo (working secretly for the Deep State in the USA) who were part of the illegal money laundering scheme, were also caught;
He said that all of these Deep State serving bankers were arrested and removed and replaced with other “clean” bankers TO BE READY FOR THE SHOTGUN START and T4B START ANY TIME OVER THE NEXT 48-72 HOURS accd to his info.
He said his info is that THE START is NOT AFTER Fri the 1ST OF JAN as many are claiming or putting out falsely—he said any bond traders and bankers that leave their post and go home for the holidays will be LEFT BEHIND & will have to PLAY CATCH UP after the shotgun start—

His info is that the arrests and replacements were DONE as of 1:30 pm EST today Tue 22 Dec and bond liquidity payouts (Providing liquidity to downstream to all tiers 1-4) were allowed to continue as of 4:30pm EST today Tue 22 Dec.

In spite of this he said Biden and his team will NOT be allowed to continue the fraudulent move to try to hand over control of the RV release to China and Biden and his team STILL KNOW they will not be allowed to enter the White House through the fraudulent electoral votes based on the fraudulent vote tabulations for which there is overwhelmingly obvious evidence, and if they did succeed in doing these things they would confiscate and tax up to 70% of your post-RV redemption proceeds and keep you oppressed under perpetual COVID-19 scamdemic lockdowns with mind-controlling, immune destroying chipped COVID-19 vaccines. . . Our military intel contact said the QFS is safe and secure but the Chinese govt & bankers used it to make illegal transfers; the system is safe; they used it for the wrong purposes; they got caught because of the blockchain transparency; the fact that the QFS is safe & transparent does not mean it cannot be used for illegal transactions—it just means they will get caught & arrested—
He said he was told they can not just let the non-ZIM currency exchanges start because the decision makers want ZIM redemption funds to be released at the same time as non-ZIM currency exchange proceeds for GESARA & the people’s benefit in all the nations; and he said decision makers said they could not let the Deep State CCP govt banker HSBC & WF illegal money laundering transactions happen as they were to release T4B over the past 24-48 hours, because these transactions were very large amounts meant to rehydrate Deep State operations in the USA & China to keep the election fraud psy-op informational warfare going and to keep the scamdemic lockdowns going to weaken We-The-People so that the Deep State operatives can easily “manage” us like sheep—

Again he said this is the best info he has at this time & he is praying with all of us that it does not change again; holding it as likely but not expecting any more interference.

Pimpy Article: "The exchange rate of the dollar in Iraq go down to 140 thousand per 100 dollars" We're seeing an appreciation of the dinar. What I mean by that is they set the rate at 1 dollar for 1450 dinars. Already it went from 100 dollars for 145,000 to 140,000. That's a 5,000 difference already. That's not major but...it looks like it's starting improve...let's see if this stays consistent. Let's see if the number of dinars continues to go down. That's what we want to see...
