About minute 1:32: There are economic things going on behind the scenes that we aren’t privy to…that we can’t see.
One example is the Reserve Bank of New Zealand has launched a new payment system. They have launched the RTGS system which is the Real Time Global Settlements System. Also known as the QFS or Quantum Financial System. Other nations have done this.
There are major banks and financial institutions all over the world switching over to the RTGS. Some have announced it and some have done it quietly.
I believe the first one who switched over was last year and we covered it. It was the Bank of Zimbabwe. It was the Central Bank of Zimbabwe when they revalued their Zimbabwe Bond Notes and turned them into the RTGS electronic system. They were the first major central bank to announce that. Since then many major banks have switched over. Everybody is getting up to speed now.
What does that mean? That means we are stepping away from the old, antiquated Swift system that would take International transactions from one major institution to another over a week or more to clear. This was outrageous . It was a corrupt system.
Money would go missing. Hundreds of millions of dollars that were never recovered. Nobody knew what happened to it. It was the Deep State Cabal playing with everybody’s money, delaying people’s money, Holding it, using it. It was rife with corruption.
So many are now switching over to the new RTGS.
