By them getting the books closed out it allows them to change the rate this weekend...
Pimpy ...our boy Zafari has stepped aside to let Al-Kazemi take the charge on the PM...I have to believe Zafari only gave up the opportunity to be PM to this guy Kazemi only because they happen to be on the same page...there is a lot of support for this guy.
