Our military intel contact  confirmed that some cabal mind control agents just could not help themselves—they exposed themselves like numbskulls on Thu night 2 Sep through the QFS tracking bond funds and T3-4A SKR funds being down streamed;

For those who claim the QFS does not exist, because certain cabal CIA agents “have not seen it”—-he said they willl see it and see the guns and handcuffs arresting them soon enough; then DoD paused the release long enough to allow Interpol & the military to arrest and remove those exposed;

Fortunately DoD got funds down streaming going again yesterday Fri 3 Sep and today Sat 4 Sep, because the legal framework for the military expires in less than 7-8 days, so DoD knows this has happen now. 

His info matches other sources saying that when the down streaming has reached the lowest beneficiary account level sometime in the next 3 days, T4B notifications will start.  

T4B exchange appointments are expected to begin Tue 7 Sep or Wed 8 Sep of next week; T4B is expected to follow within 12-24 hrs after the bonds begin being paid out at the lower levels

 The economic advisor in the Cabinet, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, disclosed today, Saturday, a proposal to support the Generations Fund after the end of the compensation paid by Iraq to Kuwait against the background of the invasion in 1990.

Saleh said in a statement to {Euphrates News}: "We suggested that the funding of the Generations Fund be after the end of the compensation for the Kuwait war, which will end after 6 months from now."

He added, "The transfer of compensation amounts to the fund, in our estimation, is the mechanism that will maintain a ratio of 3 to 5% paid to the Generation Fund through properly managed internal and external investments that are linked to the higher authorities of the executive or legislative authorities."

Pimpy  It's looking good.  The more Iraq keeps taking a leadership role opening up to the international community, getting away from relying so much on oil, open up the private sector.  This is good. I can't stress this enough It's going to be really hard for Iraq to rebuild its country when the value of the dinar is so low.  The cost of importing things from other countries are going to get really expensive.  They don't have anything to export so there's no need to want to lower/devalue currency...everything is looking groovy.

Tomorrow morning, Sunday, Iraq and the United Nations will sign a framework for joint cooperation between the two sides.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Planning, Abdul-Zahra Al-Hindawi, said that "the framework includes supporting the efforts of the Iraqi government, in a number of areas, including the return of the displaced, developing the private sector, empowering youth, and achieving social peace, within the framework of the five-year development plan and the government reform plan (white paper). "

He added, "The aforementioned cooperation framework will be signed on the Iraqi side by Minister of Planning Khaled Battal Al-Najm, and on behalf of the United Nations, Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations in Iraq Irina Solerano, and the signing ceremonies will take place in the Ministry of Planning building."  link
