The United Nations Confirms That There Is No Population Explosion In Iraq

A statement by the Fund, which Mawazine News received a copy of, stated that on behalf of the United Nations Population Fund in Iraq: Iraq is facing a demographic dividend, not a population growth or explosion.

On January 27, UNFPA Representative, Dr. Rita Columbia, gave a statement to Al Sabah newspaper on the demographic dividend and the importance of developing strong, evidence-based and people-centred policies.

The statement continued, that during the interview, a mistake occurred in the translation from English into Arabic in quoting the words of the representative of the Fund regarding population growth. Iraq Invites An Emirati Company Printed With Israel To Invest In Baghdad

The source told "Mawazine News" that the tourism invitation was sent yesterday to the Emirati company to invest in the hotels of Palestine, Ishtar, Sheraton and Al-Mansour.

Al Habtoor is a group of companies headquartered in the UAE, and although it is best known for its operations in the construction sector, it is also known for its work in the sectors of hotels, automobiles, real estate, education, insurance and publishing.

Iraq: Ready To Export 60 Items Abroad

The Iraqi Federation of Industries announced that Iraq is ready to export 60 items abroad.

The head of the union, Adel Akab, said in a televised statement, "The Ministry of Finance unleashed on imports in June 2021."
