The e-government has enabled the citizens to achieve innumerable benefits in terms of completing their transactions and administrative affairs as quickly as possible and with the least amount of expenses, in addition to being able to shorten the time that was wasted in completing transactions in their traditional form.
In our country, it is necessary to expand the reliance on the electronic government provided to citizens because it will constitute very great benefits for citizens in terms of economic, administrative, organizational and temporal aspects, and in terms of the efforts made in the completion procedures and the efforts and time wasted by citizens in the process of completing transactions.
